The chocolates are divine
The chocolates are divine, the service both before & after purchase is immaculate. In my opinion, the best chocolates available and that includes non-vegan chocolates as well. Would highly recommend.

Consistently Immaculate
Kind Hearted Chocolates is run by a young lady named Jess. She is a masterful chocolatier, with a real eye for quality. I've been ordering from her for some years and I do not recall a single flaw in any item, the consistency of immaculate condition in every order is quite remarkable. The products last very well, far beyond their best before dates if stored properly, assuming you can avoid eating them all within the first day - always a challenge!
My favourite items she does are the cappucino truffles and hazelnut kunafa bars, truly exceptional products, but everything she produces is of the highest quality. The reliability and presentation quality makes her my go-to for gifts to others, particularly non vegans, her products maybe missing animal ingredients, but you'd need a laboratory to prove it - they do not miss anything else.
