I have read several negative reviews, so after initially ordering, I cancelled. But afterwards, I reconsidered and just took a chance. They didn't let me down. Shipping time was totally reasonable and, most importantly, the sunglasses they sent were exactly as described: polarized lenses, spring hinges, scratch resistant, and I think they look smart. My only complaint is that I wish I could just get one pair for £60 instead of the BOGO deal that is for £114. That is the only complaint, but the sunglasses are excellent and are now my new favorites. Also, the case and the little microfiber are unique and charming. The towelette has an island motif. The case is this leather triangular thing with magnetic closure, very different in a good way than any other case I've owned. FYI, I bought the glasses on June 30, 2026.

Ordered two pairs of sunglasses a month before my holiday thinking this would give plenty of time for delivery bearing in mind delivery was stated to be 7/14 days which was fine.
After a month and various emails the sunglasses never turned up, I was told they were still on there way and would be delivered shortly.
After having to buy another pair (from another brand) for my trip I got an email saying they had been lost in transit, I was told another two pair would be sent out but again it’s now getting on a month again, nearly two months since my initial purchase and still nothing…

For the money these sunglasses cost I would not expect this.
If you want your sunglasses the year you buy them I would recommend buying from somewhere elce.

Kiaura customer service was amazing. They went above and beyond to help me exchange my sunglasses. The Eichler and Lautner are great sunglasses. Some of my favorite sunglasses and people compliment me on them all the time.

Meh. Sunglasses are just ok. Worst part is the return policy. Can only return for store credit which was never stated prior to purchase. I won't ever buy another pair of sunglasses from them and I definitely won't recommend them to anyone.

Love the glasses. Customer service is great. I swapped a pair for another one, and they also replaced a pair I stepped on. Both we free. Neither were their fault. They stand by their product.

Just like numerous other reviewers, I've never received my order I placed on March 29th. Contacted them numerous times and have been told they will be shipped. Nothing. Good for those who have received their product. But for me it's nothing but a scam.

After a year of wearing and loving these sunglasses, one day I picked them up and the screw had fallen out of the arm hinge. I emailed the company to ask for just a replacement screw and they had me jump through several hoops and email exchanges. Making me send the same order info 3 separate times and then asking for photos in additional emails, and ultimately telling me they can’t send me a replacement part and that I can get 15% off of a new pair. They cost about 40% more now than when I bought them a year ago, so it’s still more expensive than when I bought them before. I shouldn’t have to spend another $150-$200 for another pair of sunglasses after only a year of use. You should stand behind the quality of your product and should be able to send me a small screw in order for me to fix your product that failed. It’s not exactly tempting to then want to buy the same product again now knowing that it will likely break and if it does you will not even send a part for me to fix it myself.

I can and will simply spend the same amount with a more reputable brand that stands behind the quality of their product instead of pulling this planned obsolescence scheme to sell more product.

At this point the 15% off simply is not enough. I’d either like a replacement part or a refund. I highly recommend just going with a brand like ray ban or persol instead.

DONT BUY I’m very disappointed with the quality of these glasses. They arrived not properly straight and feel poorly made. The plastic is not smooth at all and actually feels rough in places, which makes them uncomfortable to wear as they start to hurt after a short time.

Overall, they do not meet expectations for the price and I would not recommend them. The build quality feels cheap and not well finished.

Please don't waste your time, money or your efforts purchasing these glasses. I was seeing their ads all over the place and being addicted to sunglasses, I took the leap and took advantage of the buy-one-get-free deal. The purchase was done on April 7th and stated that the glasses take 4-7 days for delivery, pretty quick. It is now May 6th, no glasses, no return emails from two order inquires and no return calls from 2 voicemails that had been left for them. Finally had to reach out to my credit card company and have the matter disputed and reversed, which was a complete waste of time and frustration. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

These guys are scammers. Promise the world and then steal your money. Slimy business practice. Says free returns within 30 days. Hidden impossibly hard to find fine print messaging voiding international orders. Shame on them. Cheating and misleading people out of their hard earned money. And the glasses aren’t even good quality. Cheap internet scammers.

The Kiaura brand name was etched on the part of the lens closest to the nose, where it's right in the line of vision. Every other company in history etches the brand name near the outermost part of the lens. It looks like a smudge when I have the sunglasses on. Kiaura offered no solution other than an apology. I returned the item. Stay away and order elsewhere.

Avoid — Poor Experience and No Delivery

I ordered two pairs of Kiaura sunglasses on 2nd March and still haven’t received them.

Since placing my order, I’ve contacted Bernadette at multiple times. I was eventually told that my order was out of stock. Last week, I provided alternative options as requested, but since then I’ve sent several follow-up emails asking for confirmation of shipping.

On the rare occasions I do receive a response, I’m told they are still waiting for confirmation from the warehouse. At this stage, I’m unsure whether I will receive my order at all.

This has been a very frustrating experience with poor communication and no clear resolution.

Avoid at all costs — I would not recommend buying from Kiaura.

Absolutely love my Kiaura sunglasses! I originally bought one in each size to try, and the exchange process for the one I didn’t want was super easy. The team were quick to respond and super helpful. I now own four pairs because they’re just that good. Stylish, comfortable, and great quality. Highly recommend!

I had an issue at checkout and the team Kiaura provided great customer service in helping to resolve it. They were prompt in their response and were accommodating throughout the situation. On top of that the sunglasses are great!

Sent back glasses for an exchange… almost a month goes by. After I was told that MY ORDER WAS PROCESSED SUCCESSFULLY… I waited. Went on vacation, came home, NOTHING. I send them an email, and they tell me the order WAS NOT PROCESSED. Funny. The confirmation email suggested otherwise.
So, now I will leave for another trip with no glasses.

What if I never emailed them inquiring about my order that has just disappeared into the ether?!?

They thank me for my patience and understanding? Neither of which I have for this nonsense. How about give me my money back? Offer me something? Nope they tell this won’t happen again… AGAIN?!? Lol. You try and support the “little guys” and you get screwed. Then after you get screwed, they thank you. Just buy Persol, Oakley, etc and AVOID this nightmare.

I love my Lautners! I have a black XL pair and an original whiskey color. The style is refined, lens quality is very nice and resists scratching effectively. I work in construction and frequently go in and out the build so am taking the shades on/off repeatedly each day, which means I frequently drop them or they'll fall out my sweatshirt pocket while I'm on a ladder leaning over etc. and they hold up great. Frame material and weight is solid yet flexible as needed, honestly Kiaura just nails the product. The CR39 lenses are excellent. I've also communicated with their team who were insanely fast at responding and delivering my order etc. Going to buy more as gifts!

Brilliant Sunglasses
Brilliant sunglasses at a great price point. They're very robust (I work outdoors) and look great and fit really well. I've got 2 pairs already and am very happy with them both. Customer service has been very prompt and certainly 5 star!!!
