I am very upset with kelpie’s practice of changing my order from $24.95 to $99.00 without my permission. I had no way to check out but they already had my credit card and they went ahead and illegally charged my Visa account.

I found this company’s advert on face book very misleading when it came to price. Their anti allergy chews were advertised at £24.99 next to four packs, and I didn’t notice a tiny sentence hidden away at the bottom of the page, or even on the next page, that said this was the price per pack. As the advert contained a big sign saying 70% off, when I got to the payment section and the price came up as £99.96, I assumed the 70% discount would be taken off at a later stage. When it became clear that it wasn’t going to happen, I cancelled the order.
Two days later I happened to look at my credit card bill and found that the £99.96 was pending deduction. I immediately contacted Kelpie who eventually replied saying that they couldn’t give me a refund as they never accepted returns of their chews. This was written ten days before the chews were sent. Despite a further email in which I pointed this out to them, they continue to refuse to refund me.

Be very careful in any financial dealings you have with this company.

I placed an order & then changed my mind & advised this company the same within minutes.
They refused to cancel my order even though they had no time to even process same. But they had time to process my payment. A day later I received an email saying they were shipping my order so I gave up trying to get a refund. When the date my order was supposed to arrive came & went, I asked what happened. I got a tracking number. When I checked with UPS I saw that the order was delivered- To some one else! They sent the order to California instead of where I reside in Canada!
This company can’t even get that right! They
May or may not have a good product ( I wouldn’t know never having received my order) but their operation & customer service is deplorable & so unprofessional it’s hard to believe they are still in business! A day later & they still haven’t responded to my request for info on how they plan to fix this problem. I suspect I won’t get a reply & for sure they won’t give me a refund ( they don’t believe in same). I am now out $139.96 - what a scam!
I do not recommend this company if you don’t want to spend hours & days getting a professional response to a problem they create.

I have had a dreadful experience with this company when I refuted the order delivered and then their on going monthly order and associated direct debit from my account, which I dont believe I authorised.
The company was silent on this issue , regardless of emails sent to them. Eventually, in order to stop this company's access to my account, I had to delete my cards from the payment platform I normally use. The company is based in Estonia, so that's a red flag straight away. So apart from providing no relief from itching for my dog,dealing with this company and trying to get a refund is almost impossible. So beware!! Definitely an overrated product, sold by a company with disreputable practices.

Same as alot of people!! They're advertising of 4 pkt with 70% off for under $50 but then take $156 out. Trying to get a refund as I'm typing this. I literally emailed minutes after the amount was processed & confirmation email sent! This is thoroughly deceiving client. BE VERY CAREFUL ON THIS SITE
