Avoid this company like the plague. Have had exactly the same experience. Cost me £85 in total and have just had the refusal email for a refund.

I have unsubscribed but will double check with my bank so that they can’t take any more.

Really cross. Always use this site in future.

KEGEL MEN — BEWARE OF THE SUBSCRIPTION TRAP

I strongly recommend thinking twice before subscribing to Kegel Men.

My experience has been an absolute nightmare.

🔴 Trying to cancel the subscription is ridiculously difficult.
I contacted them repeatedly because I wanted to cancel. Instead of simply cancelling it, I kept receiving generic responses and instructions that did not address what I was actually asking.

🔴 They kept trying to collect payment.
When the payment eventually failed because I had cancelled the bank card associated with the subscription, I received an email telling me how to update my payment method so the subscription could continue.

Let that sink in: I was trying to CANCEL the subscription, and their response was essentially: here’s how you can give us a new card so we can keep charging you.

🔴 And then came the most absurd part.
They finally sent me a link supposedly explaining how to cancel the subscription.

I clicked it.

“OOPS — The page you were looking for doesn’t exist.”

You literally cannot make this up.

🔴 Customer support appears to rely heavily on generic/copy-paste responses.
Their emails repeatedly failed to address the actual issue I was raising.

🔴 I eventually had to cancel my bank card.
Not because I wanted to, but because after repeatedly trying to get the subscription cancelled, I wanted to make absolutely sure they could no longer charge it.

⚠️ For anyone considering subscribing: READ THE REVIEWS FIRST.

A subscription should be easy to cancel. If a company makes subscribing easy but cancelling becomes an obstacle course, that is a major red flag.

My experience has been so frustrating that I would not recommend Kegel Men to anyone, regardless of whether the product itself works.

The problem isn’t just the subscription.

The problem is what happens when you decide you no longer want it.

I have been trying to cancel for months by sending emails, etc and this company will not stop billing my credit card
Be aware of this company, they will SCAM you out of the $19.99 a month subscription even if you try and cancel. DO NOT USE THIS APP

If you sign up for the App be careful that they do t automatically add on a subscription for the AI Chat system and charge you another £39.90!
They are slow to reply to emails and ignore any requests to refund for this unrequested add on.
My advice is to avoid the App and save yourself the hassle.

​I attempted to purchase a basic £9.95 subscription, but during checkout, their system displayed a misleading prompt indicating that the payment had failed. Following the on-screen prompts resulted in an unintended "AI Coach" add-on being charged TWICE (£39.90 x 2 = £79.80).
​I have not even downloaded or accessed the app at all, nor have I used any of these features.
​When I contacted customer support immediately to point out this checkout error, a representative named Melissa Carter promised a review within 24–48 hours. Instead, they ignored the issue and sent automated generic templates claiming "add-ons are non-refundable" — refusing to address the misleading UI (dark patterns) that caused the double charge.

​They rely on predatory billing tactics and automated bots to deny legitimate refunds.

I have already escalated this matter as an official dispute via PayPal Resolution Centre to recover my money.

Stay far away from MoovBuddy LTD / Kegel Men!

I paid for this service and did not receive the promised plan by email. I only received login details for a very basic and cheap-looking platform.

There was no personalized plan, no useful structure, and nothing that matched what I expected from the advertising. It feels misleading, and in my opinion, this is a scam-like service.

Be aware before you pay.

Great experience

Okay product, but repetitive. There is no clear way to cancel. The website says I don't have an account but I do and am getting charged. Is there a Kegel Men London? Not good to make cancelling hard when the product is expensive.

Don’t use AI to answer questions, they get it wrong every time
