Very good sale process, Good communication. We were not lucky with the things around the kitchen, like electricity and painting, they could not arrange that. The rest and the products seems to be good. The installation of the kitchen almost perfect too.

Our experience in the store was very informative and helpful. Mr. Menno helped us choose our kitchen and he precisely took care of all of our needs. He was very kind and you could tell that he knows what he is doing. Because we are from another country, The most important thing for us is to be able to trust and to be informed correctly. I feel very comfortable buying our kitchen from this store.

All gone as planned. Although we asked for several revisions, they are all delivered and we got exactly the same kitchen we have dreamt of.

After waiting for months for the kitchen, the stove was not installed by them and now I cannot reach anyone. Customer support is not answering or respondong to emails.

I've purchased a complete kitchen from Eindhoven branch. After that I forwarded several colleagues of mine to buy their new kitchen from there (I am part of a big engineering community). While buying the kitchen I explicitly again and again requested a microwave functioned combi oven for my kitchen and in the end I ended up purchasing one of the most expensive ones. Unfortunately I was deceived by salesman and I understood this 2 months after when for the first time I wanted to try the oven for a piece of bread. This was a huuuge surprise for us. It has no microwave funct. I called the branch and they told me that I'put my signature on the contract and there in oven section it was stated that there is no microwave func. Awfully I just trusted on the salesman's words. I have my first contract there is microwave funct. clearly indicated. But last minute we wanted to replace it with more expensive one with wifi etc. upon the salesman's guidance.
Now the company responsible says that they can sell me a new one but they can't do anything else.
Stay away from this company, this is how they approach to their customers after getting the payment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He offered reliable information about the appliances, amenities, and possibilities for our kitchen considering our space, desires, and budget. We were absolutely convinced by his professionalism and enthusiasm. We got a very nice deal and a very beautiful kitchen design. We can’t wait to see this kitchen installed! Highly recommended!!!

I had booked a visit a week ago for a quotation. At the beginning I was surprised for the service, normally all kitchen companies are super arrogant and they treat you like you don’t worth a penny . I was enthusiastic to go to the place ( westpoort Ámsterdam ) . Surprise I arrived and the place was closed. How this can be possible that you forget to put in your website that this site is out of service ? How terrible is it that you can’t send an e mail to send the new location ?? It’s terrible, how can I trust to a company that will get around 10 k€ from me that is not able to send me a message for telling me that the place where an appointment was scheduled is changed. Thanks to you that ruined my weekend with my partner . It’s really a shame from your side. Really how can you loose so easy a customer

great kitchen. very happy with the results.

Sales part was good but installation was terrible.
So many things went wrong, I am just mentioning few here.
- Breakfast bar is very fragile, the installation guy told me that I can not even put my elbows on it. He just glued it instead fixing one end to the wall with some metal support.
- Worktop is not properly fixed on another end, you can literally shake it by your hand.
- Worktop ends to wall are not sealed, so water or anything can easily flow through gap.
- Received smaller drawer below combi oven then in the drawing. Res of the space is just got wasted.
- and many more ...

Contacted the person who sold us the kitchen and received cold answer that my email is just got forwarded.

I warn others to avoid keuken kampioen or at least be extra careful.
