Nous comprenons votre déception. Nous souhaitons toutefois préciser que nos livraisons standard sont effectuées jusqu’au trottoir (livraison en bordure de rue). Le transport et l’installation à l’intérieur du bâtiment constituent une prestation supplémentaire qui doit être commandée séparément auprès de notre service commercial.

Cette prestation n’étant pas incluse dans la livraison standard, elle est facturée en supplément.
