Everything loses Color and its rusting

Everything loses Color and its rusting! We Payed 70€ per piece and why dont yall give me my money back? It’s a disgrace to charge so much money for cheap, rusty jewelry. I will continue to buy at my favourite Celler "dcraftlondon"

We’re very sorry that you had this experience. The issue you described appears to have been a production defect and does not reflect our usual quality standards.

After you contacted us, we offered to replace the affected items at no additional cost. When you declined the replacement, we also offered you the option to return the items for a full refund. Unfortunately, this option was declined as well, which meant we were unable to complete the resolution.

We take concerns like yours seriously and remain happy to resolve this for you through either of the options offered.
