Pretty sure I have been scammed by this company. Dog bed ordered several weeks ago. Tracking shows it was shipped from China and returned to shipper. Web site not functioning. Emailed them to request a cancellation. Not much faith it will work out.
Still have not gotten my order. No tracking number either. It's been 18 days. I've contacted them twice. I'm going to plan on reporting it as fraudulent if it doesn't show up by next week. Poor experience, learned my lesson, won't be doing business with this company.
Hello, I ordered a covered pet bed for my dog. It took three weeks for it to arrive. It arrive, without instructions. There is a plastic piece to hold the shape, but we don't know where it slides it. It is of terrible quality with velcro that doesn't fully attach. I paid $120 for something that is worth $50. They say no-hassle refunds; you call, and they tell you to email. I sent an email two days later no response. Must be unused and in original packaging, okay but I tried to assemble to see quality. My daugther and I were laughing at the quality of the product when my dog looked so sad stading next to the sagging cover.
My little dog, aka dawg loves the “Snuggle duck plush” it’s a really durable chew toy.
I’m also loving the “De-shedding gloves”, my house has never been this fur free. Great items and lest I forget customer service was top notch, and I found the website very user friendly. Thank you Furzee. 100% recommend!

I’m typically worried about the toxic materials used in making animal toys. My puppy is extremely active so I wanted to get him some toys to keep him occupied. Most dog toys typically fall apart immediately but I am impressed by the quality of the rope toys and how long they’ve held up with a puppy consistently chewing on them.
