It took way longer than expected to fix my Google Merchant Center Account but after 7 months we finally got there. They were very knowledgeable and thorough. Eventually we got the misrepresentation resolved. I recommend working with them but you need to be extremely patient with the process.

Accidentally ordered the wrong items, customer service was really healpful throuout the exchange process. My dogs love their new duck friends now hahaaa.
