Every day for over a week i have had problems with 2 plus sensor

7 replaced so far this week

in my view there is a major problem with the Libre 2 Plus

over the last few week we must have had more that 10 sensor replaced

if you get this on the NHS request something else is you purchase them then stop your wasting your Money

I am having problems with my sensor Freestyle Libre 2 Plus continually having to be rescanned every couple of minutes and I am losing my confidence in the product. I have reset my my phone many times as advised. But the problem has not improved and my blood sugar is at a critical stage where it needs constant monitoring. I do follow all of the instructs rigidly and am very disappointed in the product at the moment.

I have a subscription and receive my Freestyle sensors regularly. Recently I programmed an earlier delivery - on 4 June - to my address in Switzerland. Today 4 June I received not the consignment but a message saying that it would take 3-5 days after leaving Freestyle's depot.

Poor service, and the guy that answered the phone hasn't a clue.

I do not speak 4-6 languages and consequently could not understand the non english reviews!

I had a language barrier, experiencing difficulty understanding the customer service representative and had to ask him to spell his directions. Very time consuming and frustrating.

I have been using freestyle Libre for several years the products keeps failing so Abbott keeps replacing the paid for sensor as long as they understand it's their duty to do so if it fails for reasons such as incorrect penetration into skin and battery failure a few days before its should be finished or inaccurate readings against manual readings or even application failure on IPhone where the software is never up to date and as long as they still supply the "lecture" for free, I will keep using it, why because nothing is perfect in life think man machine errors (MME) being diabetic is neither also, but the Abbott employees and staff are helpful it's not their fault when things go. wrong and 1st line help are just there to help you in the long run, my Diabetic doctor has offered for me to go to others providers but they are ridiculous even higher in price with extravagant amounts of money taken from you, especially here in Switzerland to forever fill their pathetically high salaries for doing very little since the product is not even manufactured here its made in Ireland.
