I have a Son in federal prison and I can’t express how grateful I am to Free Prints for not charging an arm and a leg to send photos to my son!! It really means a lot to me and I know it does for him as well I have use this site several times and he always get his photos in a timely fashion as well!! I’m going to be getting some other things from this site as well!! Whom ever came up with this idea was genius and very compassionate! It’s hard having a loved one away and missing out on our family goings and coming and special events. Just being able to share those times with him are priceless!! Thank you! From the bottom of my heart FreePrints and I have also recommended you to several other family members as well and my son’s daughters mother so she can share photos with him as well!! They do frew prints
They do frew prints, however since i started using them i got email verifications about my passwords being in danger/data breach and I've received emails for oher companies to which i was not subscribed. Be careful, use an email you don't care to be hacked.

Paid for next day and still no sign of my order 5 days later!
I have ordered from FreePrints before and not had a problem. But I made and ordered 150 prints of a missing cat poster to pop through local letterboxes, i paid for next day delivery on 16th July as i needed them quickly, the app said they should be delivered on the 17th (as you would expect for next day delivery!)
It is now the 21st of July and still no sign of my order! When I have tried to contact freeprints about my order it says to wait until Thursday 23rd!? Not helpful in the slightest!!
Thankfully my cat has returned after being missing for 10 days but I am not happy with the service from FreePrints. Even when I went onto the contact us section on the app and pulled up my order number it gives a tracking number but when you click on it it says incorrect tracking ID and says I have to wait until the 23rd to request a refund. This is poor customer service in my opinion.

Used these once before in the past
Used these once before in the past, wasn’t until my dog passed recently that I realised I don’t have any photos of him, so now I have, also have 2 of the posters & a book also.
