Have been using this app for many many years and it has given great insight into my monthly cycle patterns.
Now that I am creeping into Perimenopause, I find this app extremely useful giving even more information and support with my ever changing and unexpected symptoms.
Thanks for taking the time to develop this app into something so adaptive and useful for every stage of my hormonal journey.

Cannot overstate the importance of tracking one’s cycle and the Flo app makes that a straightforward, easy to manage process. Whatever your age, stage or gender identity, if you have or had a period, Flo is there for you. The added bonus of professional insights to symptoms, how to manage them and a community forum to simply let you know YOU ARE NOT ALONE are everything. Can’t recommend Flo enough!

It’s an app that’s been my companion for over 5 years now, I love it

I’ve been using the Flo app for more than 5 years, and as an Obstetrician\-Gynecologist here in the Philippines, I can honestly say that it has been a very useful tool for me and my patients\. 💗

I highly recommend Flo because it makes period and cycle tracking simple and convenient\. It allows you to monitor your period, symptoms, cycle patterns, and other important health information—all in one place\.

I also find it particularly helpful for patients who are taking medications, undergoing treatment, or simply need to keep track of their menstrual cycles accurately\.

What I like most about Flo is that it helps women become more aware of their bodies and menstrual health\. It’s easy to use, informative, and practical for everyday cycle tracking\.

Definitely a useful app to have, especially for women who want to be more proactive about understanding and managing their menstrual health\. 🌸

Its too stimulating for the eyes as soon as you enter app. Too much info and sections right away. Most of it irrelevant when you enter menstrual cycle anyways.. It could be made much better if simplified and organized cleanly. I use this as my long term tracker but I would switch once I find something else I'm more satisfied with, and find practical to use.

I love it, it has been there since my pre pregnancy days and pregnancy. It has helped me and been accurate

I’ve been using this app for almost 10 years now and I don’t know what I would do without it. I always had irregular cycles and didn’t understand a lot about periods. This app has been a way for me to safely learn about my body and feel like I have an actual support system. The interface is easy to navigate and well designed. I love every feature about it. And when I went through pregnancy.. wow. That was the most incredible app during those months where I grew my daughter. I can’t say enough good things about this app. If you want a good period tracker that’s informational and fun to use (yes a period app is fun, download this one. It’s worth the cost

I’ve used this app for years. I think if you ask any woman what the most important data they have is, they’ll say their menstrual cycle data because the pattern takes such a long time to cultivate. I think this app is great. I would implement a few minor things.
Overall, good app.

I am extremely thankful for the promotion that took place a few years ago, where I got flo premium annual renewal for $15 annually. The app is also very user friendly, and seems to be working towards always educating the user. This has kept me with flo despite the news that Flo has shared our data with external parties. That definitely annoyed me.

However, I think it would be best to make this more queer friendly. Instead of assuming that the partner is a man, it would be ideal to use non-gendered wording/reference to the users partner.

Also, assuming that a user aims to keep a baby when pregnant, isn’t necessarily ideal/sensitive to the user. Miscarriage or medically necessary abortion would be ideal to include as options for when someone has to switch back from having been pregnant. And resources for having a miscarriage or an abortion would be great to see when the user selects this.

Honestly I loved the app! But over time I feel it’s just got expensive and very flip flop with counting the right days

Super educational and lots of detail. Used it for tracking periods and pregnancy and super easy particularly with generating reports to identify trends

I've used this app for 4 years with no mention of being signed in or not, or being "anonymous" or not. Opened the app today to find 4 years of data totally gone, with apparently no way to get it back. The help desk is automated and useless. WHERE IS MY DATA FLO? WHERE DID IT GO?

The Flo app is user-friendly and the Flo team input their best. With Flo app you'll be at least 80-85% aware and confident of the happenings during the pregnancy and after the childbirth.
I would strongly recommend it.
Kudos the the Flo team and company at large.

Terrible experience. Deliberately misleads women into leaving personal details and infringing on sensitive details and privacy.

Happy with the app under premium. It has many options to tailor it to my personal needs and life stage. However premium and the tailoring features are to expensive and I was priced out of the market. Exploring the free version but am unhappy so far with the constant pushing to upgrade to premium.

Being using it for over a decade, excellent predictions and straightforward.

Very accurate predictions and helpful guides

My experience was not good, specifically when it came to the subscription. Originally Flo had said the subscription would be around 3$ a month, but after signing up for it they ended up charging around 40$ a month. When we realized the issue we attempted to end the subscription but it wouldn’t go through even after multiple attempts. We even contacted Flo to ask for help but we were not given a solution. We ended up having to cancel the apple account so that the money couldn’t go through. This was extremely frustrating becaUse we cannot pay for anything else online through this account. Overall Flo is not user friendly and I would not recommend.
