Exceptional professional service from Stefan at Fibre Telecoms!
I cannot recommend Stefan at Fibre Telecoms highly enough. He was incredibly helpful with the system they set up for us initially, and then made the entire process of getting a replacement phone completely seamless. He has dealt with all of our subsequent enquiries and technical queries with total professionalism. Stefan is friendly, highly knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Exceptional customer service like this is rare, and he is a credit to the company!

Very disappoin“Our actual costs and service were not what we expected from the sales proposalting experience
Very disappointing experience – check every figure and contract carefully
We moved our business telecoms to Fibre Telecoms UK after being given what appeared to be a competitive proposal.
The original written quotation showed a “Total New Monthly Cost” of £302.64, including a leased line quoted at £173.15.
After signing, the financial arrangement was materially different. We ended up with separate monthly charges from Fibre Telecoms and a third-party equipment lease through BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions. Our actual combined recurring cost became substantially higher than the original £302.64 figure presented to us.
We also understood that we were purchasing a 1G/1G leased-line service. The service subsequently provisioned was 100Mb bandwidth on a 1Gb bearer, and the signed Network Service Agreement itself does not state that we agreed to a 100Mb bandwidth limit.
We raised concerns regarding the service, static IP/gateway configuration, speeds and the overall arrangement over a number of months and eventually requested termination. Fibre Telecoms has refused to terminate the agreement without substantial early termination charges.
We have now raised a formal complaint and received a deadlock response from Fibre Telecoms.
Based on our experience, I would strongly advise any business considering Fibre Telecoms to:
check the total combined monthly cost, not just individual figures;
understand exactly what any third-party equipment finance agreement will cost over its full term;
ensure the leased-line bandwidth is stated explicitly in writing;
check how long any rebates or settlement contributions apply; and
read every contract and finance document carefully before signing.
Our complaint remains ongoing and I will update this review if the matter is resolved.

This company needs to be shut down!
This company needs to be shut down!
They operate a legal scam!!
They Come to your business and offer a very competitive deal.
READ THE SMALL PRINT OF THE CONTRACT!!!!!!
Once you have signed up the rental figure more than doubles and you have a second company leasing you the hardwear. Nearly £200 a month for equipment that costs £500 to buy outright. £16800 for £500 equipment.
Please trust me that ANY positive review is 100% FAKE!!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you…
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Taylor for installing our new phone system. The whole process was handled professionally from start to finish, and Taylor was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient throughout.
Everything was explained clearly, the installation went smoothly, and Taylor made sure we were completely happy and understood how everything worked before leaving.
Excellent service and a really professional job. I would highly recommend Taylor to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable service. Thanks again!

Extremely unprofessional sales tactics.
Extremely unprofessional sales tactics.
We've repeatedly asked this company—at least five times—to remove our business from their marketing lists and stop contacting us, yet the calls continue.
Their sales representatives regularly call claiming they have an urgent business matter that only the company director can deal with, suggesting our business is somehow at risk or that there is a serious issue requiring immediate attention. Once they get through to the director, it turns out they're simply trying to sell telecoms and fibre broadband services.
This approach is misleading, wastes valuable business time, and is completely unacceptable. Cold calling is one thing, but using false urgency to gain access to decision-makers is another.
After multiple requests to stop contacting us have been ignored, I can only describe the experience as highly unprofessional. I would not recommend dealing with a company that relies on these kinds of sales practices.

STAY WELL CLEAR
STAY WELL CLEAR. They have very slick sales operatives that put you under presure from the start of the meeting and after that they keep the presure up to get you to sign the contract. Once signed there is no going back as senior managers hide the company very well behind her legal training and the fact there is no comercial cooling off period.
This company is all about scamming…
This company is all about scamming their customers. The first year all went well, good equipment at a reasonable price. Then came my review after a year. The price went through the roof and I was promised a rebate which only partial payment was made. Dare I say that my 2nd year review never happened and now I am stuck being ripped off month after month. AVOID at all costs!!!
I would be very careful before signing…
I would be very careful before signing anything with Fibre Communication.
In my experience, the pricing and contract terms were very confusing and kept changing. I was told that around £300 would be taken from my account every month, and then I would be credited back so that my actual monthly cost would be lower. To me, this does not feel like a clear or straightforward way to bill a customer.
At first, the monthly price was presented as around £80, then it was later dropped to £38. The contract length also changed from what I understood to be 7 years down to 5 years.
For a business broadband contract, the price and contract length should be clear from the beginning, especially when it involves a long-term agreement. This whole process raised serious red flags for me, and I felt I had to keep questioning everything just to understand what I was actually agreeing to.
I would strongly advise other businesses to be very cautious, read every detail carefully, and make sure everything is confirmed in writing before agreeing to anything.

SCAM - AVOID THIS COMPANY
All positive reviews on here are FAKE or the poor businesses just haven’t realised what they’ve actually signed up to yet! Some don’t even realise until the initial 12 month discounted period is up, and they either have to sign into a new contract to gain the discount again thus just locking them in for even longer! Every time you sign, these companies get a massive payout from the finance company and you are left paying hundreds of pounds a month just to rent equipment that costs a fraction of the monthly price to buy outright and you never even own the equipment at the end!!! They will tell you these bad reviews are just disgruntled customers or rival telecom’s companies - please please do not sign any contract with this company, no matter how good the deal may seem - trust me it really isn’t!!! I wish I had a time machine because I would tell the sales person to get out of my office if I had the chance again!!

Just a warning to other businesses!!
I’m posting this in the hope of preventing other small businesses from ending up in the same situation we have.
During the sales process, my wife was given information that we believe was misleading, and key details were either not explained clearly or were omitted. My business partner was then asked to sign the paperwork and, unfortunately, felt rushed into doing so without reading everything in detail. It has turned out to be one of the biggest mistakes our business has ever made.
We fully accept that we should have read the agreement more carefully, and we’ve certainly learned from this experience. However, we were shocked to discover that we were entered into a lengthy agreement with both Fibre Telecoms and a separate finance company, something we do not believe was made clear during the sales process. We tried to exit within the 14 day cooling off period (that we were promised existed in the sales call) but have since discovered that 14 day cooling off periods do not exist in business to business contracts!!
We are now paying hundreds of pounds every month simply to lease the same telephone handsets that we previously purchased outright from BT for around £70 each.
If you’re considering signing up, my advice is to read every document carefully, ask exactly who you’re contracting with, and make sure you fully understand the total costs and the length of every agreement before signing. Don’t rely solely on what you’re told during the sales call.

Scam Company Avoid
Been stuck with this company for over 2 years.
Tried to get out the contract in the first few weeks but with no luck. Was misinformed by the sales team from the start.
We are now stuck with them with prices going up every year and currently paying close to £400 for a phone line, internet and also the leasing of equipment that we didn’t want in the first place.
If you do go with them make sure you record all conversations from the start. As i guarantee what they say is not what they get you to sign in the small print.
