I am extremely dissatisfied and I definitely do not recommend this website. I purchased and paid for a spare part that was listed as in stock with a delivery time of 3 business days. Today is the 8th day and I still haven't received my package. It was sent from Germany, but I cannot see its current tracking status. I have written to customer support 4 times already and received no response. I am deeply disappointed and strongly advise against ordering from this site. They mislead and lie to customers, and they do not provide any information.

We were ordering some parts four our coffee machine. That was already 3 weeks ago. The package got delivered 3 times as the tracking of the parcel says, but never to us. Strange enough, that the proof of delivery was received now 3 times, how can that be when it was never delivered. Anyway, its not about what happened its about the service and the delivery and even 1 star is too much for that.

I needed some assistance before making my purchase to ensure I was ordering the correct item. The response was quick and very professional. The delivery was also fast. I immediately created an account and will definitely continue shopping on this website, as I am completely satisfied. Highly recommended.

I want to send back on my cost a not open box . I did send an email before I received the box.

They didn't agree. OK these are rules but this is not customer service

Just because we boarded with the company, they refused it because it's the law so don't expect any service from this company

I ordered a tension pulley for my tumble dryer, and a delivery time of 1 day was promised. However, it has now been two weeks and I still have not received my order.

Looked up the right part. Compatibility checker helped - delivery fast and well packaged. Part looked good and in no time was installed. Im enjoying my tv again! Overall satisfaction.

I ordered different part but another part is delivered. The part delivers is totally different then what shown in the product page of the website.

After ordering 2 parts for a freezer they sent ghe wrong parts, in a mail they acknowleged the mistake.
By law they should compensate 100% for delivering wrong parts.
They did however charge me for the costs of sending it back.....seems the way they make extra money....
