I’ve been a FairyLoot subscriber for many years now, and I’m still happily subscribed today. Have I loved every single book pick? No. Have I had books arrive damaged and needed replacements? Yes. But every time I’ve reached out, the team has been kind, helpful, and quick to make things right and I really appreciate that.

Thank you for everything you do. I know a lot of time and effort goes into creating these editions, and opening my monthly box is still something I look forward to.

I understand why people get frustrated sometimes, and I can see things from both sides. But I can only speak from my own experience, and it’s been a positive one. Even with the old sale system, if there was a book I really wanted, I was able to get it.

I know negative comments are often the loudest, so I just wanted to make sure some appreciation was shared too. Thank you for all the hard work that goes into what you do. I’m happy to be a part of the FairyLoot book box community. ❤️📚

FairyLoot's customer service team went above and beyond! I have been an active US-based subscriber of theirs for about two years, and wanted to see if it would be possible to switch to an international subssciber because my husband and I moved overseas. Not only did they make this process very simple, but they even offered to transfer some pre-orders to my new address overseas. They were amazing!

Recently had to contact customer support with fairyloot multiple times (because of things I did) and they were really helpfull and kind every time!

Customer service was phenominal they qere quick to respond and kept me updated while they investigated and fixed the problem.

FairyLoot is always my first choice when I’m looking for collector’s editions of my favorite fantasy and romantasy books. They truly set the standard for beautifully designed special editions, and it’s obvious how much care goes into every release.

One of the things I appreciate most is that they collaborate with talented independent artists and small creators for the artwork, dust jackets, sprayed edges, endpapers, and overall design. Every edition feels unique and thoughtfully crafted, making each book feel like a true collectible instead of just another special edition.

I also love that FairyLoot doesn’t just focus on established favorites. They regularly introduce readers to new authors and upcoming releases that deserve more attention. Their subscriptions feature a wide variety of genres, authors, and stories instead of only following whatever is currently trending on social media. They’ve helped me discover books I may never have picked up otherwise, and their exclusive early access editions are one of my favorite membership perks.

Their customer service has also been consistently excellent. Most questions can be answered through their emails or social media updates, but whenever I’ve needed help with something specific to my account, they’ve always responded quickly and taken the time to provide a personalized solution. As a customer in the U.S., I also appreciate how promptly they reply despite operating from the UK. They always get back to me as quickly as they can during their business hours, and I’ve never felt overlooked.

The quality of the books, the creativity behind each design, the variety of books they curate, and the genuine care they put into both their products and their customers are why I continue to support FairyLoot. If you’re a fantasy or romantasy reader who loves collecting beautiful editions, I can’t recommend them highly enough.
