5 stars for buying and pricing options as a new customer. Use of warranty is not yet experienced. My car make and model is complex/expensive, and Fair Warranty offered best coverage and pricing vs competitors not even offering coverage. Hopefully, when I do need a repair, they continue the great customer service.

Excellent Customer Service and Thorough Coverage Explanation
I had a great experience working with Dimitri at Fair Warranty. Before purchasing coverage for my 2020 Cadillac CT6, I had a long list of detailed questions about what would and would not be covered. Dimitri took the time to answer every question thoroughly and in writing, including coverage for advanced features like the CUE infotainment system, Surround Vision cameras, Super Cruise hardware, Magnetic Ride Control, radar sensors, and other electronic components.
I never felt pressured to purchase. Instead, I was encouraged to review the sample contract, ask questions, and make an informed decision. The Premium coverage, nationwide repair flexibility, OEM parts policy, roadside assistance, rental reimbursement, and 60-day money-back guarantee gave me confidence in my purchase.
While I hope I never need to file a claim, the customer service and transparency throughout the process have been excellent. If the claims experience is as good as the sales experience, I’ll be a very satisfied customer.

No issues. Great price. Coverage seems very good. Every time I have called, someone has answered quickly. Though I have not had any claims yet, I sincerely believe and expect things to go as advertised. I have absolutely no regrets buying this service.

I told him what I want, and he gave it to me and allow me to overlook the information before even opening his mouth to tell me anything about it.
