Stay away
Stay away ! So many reasons to avoid going to this shop: they do not deliver on time, their payment system does not allow you to pay online, they are not responsive when they miss the deadline, they charge the wrong VAT, they hang up the phone when you call the shop, and they don't pick up in the headquarters. This is what you can expect when you are being charged 10'000 EUR.

A phone call should never be disconnected unless there is a technical issue. We are also very easy to reach at our headquarters, as we rarely miss a call.

Bad experience with Exterioo
In July ‘25 we bought at Exterioo Knokke several sets for our large balcony. We spent a huge amount over 14.000 euro’s. The lady that sold it to us was obviously very happy. We made the appointment to deliver the goods the first of March 26 because by then we moved in our new home. In November ‘25 they tried to force us that delivery had to take place at the end of ‘25. It was not possible because we didn’t move in our new home as we had already mentioned very clearly in July before signing the order. By the way we already paid half of it immediately in July so they had cashed already 7000 euros. Anyway they finally agreed to keep the goods stocked and deliver beginning of March. Then before delivery the headache dossier began, the ceramic blade on our outdoor diningtable was not available, after asking and calling how that could be because it was ordered so long ago it seemed to be still available. But after a while it was not available, and then again it seemed all a mistake yes it was available. Oh and there was a problem with a round roped chair.. not available. But no problem they would get it from another department. They came Monday morning March 16, and were unloading when I asked where the table blade was. It was not there, the guys that brought it had no clue. So, again trying to get in touch with Exterioo at that moment, and someone told me the table blade was probably broken before loading. Very strange and now comes the worst part “they were sorry but the blade was out of collection and could not be delivered anymore.” So.. .. we were so kind to change it to a wooden blade which was not what we
Had bought, but hey we wanted to be able to use our outdoor diningtable. The chair with round rope was still not available but They would get it from another store and we could pick it up ourselves in Knokke. They wouldn’t send it to us. Finally at the end of April it was there and we drove to Knokke 200km. To find that they had the Wrong chair. We stayed calm which is actually quite amazing they told us themselves. We took the wrong chair home (again 200km.) with the promise they would send the right chair to Exterioo Eindhoven so that we could change the chairs as soon as possible. It is June 15 and we are still waiting for our chair. My calls to Kjell from Exterioo Knokke who took responsibility are not answered anymore, nor my apps. (As I am writing this review he just called me that tomorrow he will talk it over with the head manager. And promised to call me tomorrow with a solution) We are more than disappointed about after sales . There is something terrible wrong with communication and service at their customer service department. I have never ever experienced this lack of service for their customers! And please Don’t response like you did with all the other complaints I read about. I want a quick solution and a personal call, they have our number!

Positive experience
Visited several shops from Exterioo and the experience was consistently positive. Professional, informed, patient and willing to advise for the many questions brought up. The offer and selling process was seamless as well. No friction. The product was clearly presented and the personal was ready to help moving things around to demo the setup we had in mind. All in all at the level every shop should aim to.
