The Havana 7 piece set is lovely &…
The Havana 7 piece set is lovely & sturdy & the fabric on the cushions is great.
However, it had a few things wrong with it when we were putting it together!
3 holes on the settee were not drilled & 1 hole on 1 of the ottermans. We had a go out & buy metal drill bits to drill our own holes which is not ideal.
If this had not of happened for the price we paid it would have been 5 stars,

Initially company didn't want to know - saying I would have to ship back ant my own expense - however after working with them they did finally agree to refund - would thank them for that.

Once you provided photos, our team reviewed the areas raised and offered several solutions, including replacement panels, compensation, or a full return. When you confirmed you preferred to return the set, we arranged collection at no cost to you. Unfortunately, the initial DPD collection was not completed as scheduled, so our team followed this up directly with the courier and rebooked it. The set has now been received back at our warehouse and your refund has been requested. We’re sorry the courier complications affected what had otherwise been an agreed resolution, and we appreciate your cooperation throughout the process.
