Don't use this esim provider
After arriving in Rome, I saw a poster advertising esim.io and purchased a 20 GB package. I installed and used the eSIM, but three days later it stopped working, so I contacted support. They informed me that I did not have an eSIM from them. "There is no travel plan in the esIM io account linked to the email address (my email and account is correct).
After checking your account details, we can see that you were able to successfully use your io credit with the pay-as-you-go model. When you use data, the fee is deducted from your io credit.
You can check your usage by going to the "My eSIMs" menu in the app: "My eSIMs" – One SIM card
– My data usage. If you don't need the eSIM, you can disable it in your mobile settings.

However, I received confirmation that I had purchased 20 GB, and after you sent me an email (support(at)esim.io), I submitted all the requested documentation and then received confirmation that the email had been received, and then heard nothing more from you.
In the meantime, I have reported the fraud to my bank and contacted the European Union to inform them about this company's actions (I have already received a response). I can only advise everyone to stay away from this company. I have been without mobile internet for more than 24 hours and these people are silent! Hopefully, they will soon be silenced throughout Europe!!!
