Great service, but some local network partners are weak
I really like this app and I am completely satisfied with the service overall. The only problem is that sometimes it connects to very weak local network providers. For example, in Germany, it often uses O2, which can have a poor signal. This is the only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5: not all of their partner carriers are the best in a given country. Otherwise, it's a great app and works perfectly!

First of all
First of all, I am unable to use my phone number. Sometimes there is no signal. I was in Uzbekistan last week; the internet connection was very poor, and most of the time, there was no connection at all.
Thirdly, the "Flexi" plan is very expensive—it costs almost as much as the daily rate for an "all-inclusive" international roaming plan.

Hi Tanzia, fair point. A local SIM can definitely be cheaper, especially on a longer trip. Roamless is more for when you want data working the second you land, and I get that isn’t worth the extra for everyone.
