We are sorry that you had to cancel your order for not wanting to provide us with the new completed and signed customs documentation since the Spanish government changed the legislation regarding the export of goods from the United Kingdom to Spain and the Spanish customs do not accept the old documentation that you had provided us provided, so unfortunately we could not manage the shipment of your order.
We have done everything possible to find the necessary means to adapt to this change and find the most effective way to ship all your goods using external customs agents so that the order arrives as quickly as possible, however, without documentation we do not allow export .

Ordered two black bathroom radiators…
Ordered two black bathroom radiators which look fabulous and give off great heat. One of the valves had some paint missing which Hudson addressed immediately and we received a replacement within the week.
Very happy with their service and will be ordering further radiators for our future projects.

I didn't get what I paid for.
I ordered and paid for four central heating radiators and you sent me three. The three radiators you sent me all had cosmetic damage. Despite being informed of this two weeks ago, you have done absolutely nothing to rectify the situation.

I would not recommend.
I ordered few bathpanels which was very cheap quality.
Writed couple email about return process but didn't received any response.
Espana Hudson Reed selling expensive but not really good quality items with not existing customer care servise, I would never use again the company.
