I am disappointed with my experience with Benchmark Education Solutions.

The website is extremely unreliable. It frequently freezes or crashes, forcing me to log in repeatedly. On several occasions, I have lost my answers because the platform failed to save my work, which is very frustrating and wastes a significant amount of time.

Customer support has also been disappointing. I have sent email requesting assistance, but I have not received any response.

Another major issue is that the course was advertised as having content specifically for dentists. However, after paying for the course, I discovered that there are few
speaking or writing materials related to dentistry. All the examples are from other professions, making the course much less relevant than advertised.

Overall, I feel that the course does not deliver what was promised. I cannot recommend it to other dental professionals unless these issues are addressed.
