Very helpful people at the company
The people of the company were very helpful. The car itself was very patched up. It obviously has been in multiple accidents. Interior, especially the seats were quite shabby with stains and damages to the fabric all over them. The shelve behind the rear seat was also missing. This makes it impossible to leave anything of value in the car when parked.

If you are reserving your rental car overseas, go straight to someone you know or to the company website you like to rent from. These agents know nothing about how you will be treated overthere.

At pickup, some charges — like deposits, local extras, or supplier-added insurance — are handled by the rental company under their own conditions, so the final amount can be higher than the booking price if those items apply. If the counter total wasn’t shown clearly, that’s something worth checking against the booking terms and the supplier invoice. The company promised to deal with the illegal debit of money, as a result, they stopped responding at all and blocked my mail so that I could no longer write to support at all.
