Came timely well packed

The service given is excellent. From selecting my collar option to delivery took less than 2 days, and was hand delivered by Royal Mail, a far more reliable and trustworthy service than any of the others these days.
The collar is of a very high quality. I bought mine to replace an old PAC system I have had for many years and I find this to have a greater selection of training options built into it, so for the serious trainer this is a really good choice. So many training options means quite a few button options to select in order to set the function to the method you intend to use, so reading the manual and practicing is essential. Once setup, the operation is simple to activate for either 1 or 2 dogs. This is a really good training collar system at a reasonable price for someone who is serious and sensible with their training.

I am very familiar with this brand of collar and would recommend nothing else. They are solidly made, good battery life and if there IS ever a problem it is dealt with extremely quickly by email with Educator in USA. The shipping is usually next day - excellent service.

I highly recommend getting a professional dog trainer to help with setup and use of the E-collar.
Within a week Meg is walking loose lead not chasing buses Lorrie’s etc. she is also returning on recall about 90% of the time with little reminders. At the setting my trainer helped me set up I put the receiver on my wrist and pressed the transmit button. The feeling was less than a iPhone buzzing when ringing.

Been contemplating this collar for my German Shepherd for some time and honestly its been great. With lots of research and help it works wonders.

I purchased the mini Educator collar. It has never worked by either sound or physical stimulation at the highest level. My dog makes zero reaction and neither my wife nor I can feel it either. I have tried to contact customer service on numerous occasions over several months, but there is never a response. Complete waste of time and money. Would give 0 stars if I could.
