A contractual issue is not displayed correctly in the app (optimizing energy purchasing status). After 8 month I aksed for resolution. First answers always were sales bla bla bla and not helpfull, which caused a 1 start asessment from my side. I found it positively, that the customer quality team followed up on the negative asessment and what the issue was, which will now ne followed up.

Good experience with Enpal
The solution was started last November and finished two days ago. All was realized as promised. This is an very good example for cooperation by online contacts only. Of course the instalation team had qualification to be successful.

Enpal is not a reliable company
I sign a contract with enpal to instal heat pump and solar panels. They brought the solar panel consignments and dumped them on my parking lot at the mercy of the rain. No communication when the panels will be installed. The solar panels and battery are still in the rain for more than 2 weeks now. Worst of all, they do not reply to messages, they don't pick calls and no communication or whatsoever.
Please stay away from this company if you don't want to wast your time.
