So where do I start I brought a scooter…
So where do I start I brought a scooter from these guys had a problem on the first day my charger blew up on first plug in . The guys were friendly when helping me trying to resolve the problem . Then I had problems setting up my tracker that still to this day will not work . The manual for the scooter was wrong told me to download the wrong app to whatbthe guys helped with again very friendly . Then it stated the scooters have a ip rating but they guys from the company state they don’t sell them with one but pictures on there website say different then I notice it’s not actually a solar p1 it’s a Chinese copy that are similar and then I notice there’s holes in the top set board that lead straight into the battery compartment what allowed moisture to build up in side the metal casing what has slowley rusted out connectors . They tried to argue that there’s no holes to what I gave up trying with the company then my motor siesed up and when i tried to reason with the company they wanted me to pay for the delivery for it to be returned and a new box for it Al a load of charged so I’m just going to save u all the trouble from buying these poor quality scooters I payed 1000 for a scouter of these guys and my 150 pound second hand ebike had outdone the scooter by miles . Don’t waste your money .

We are very sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with your eScooter, but we do feel it’s important to provide future customers with the full context of your experience.
You did experience an issue with the charger, and although we were unable to determine the cause, we sent you a replacement within a few days of being notified. There were also complications with the tracking system, which we can only apologise for; the manual provided was printed before an app update, and we supplied you with the correct application once it became available.
Regarding the IP rating, most of our eScooters, including the P1+, are rated IP54 or above, meaning resistant to splashes but not waterproof. We clearly state that none of our eScooters are waterproof. You also mentioned the Solar P1, we would like to clarify that we are a separate business, selling different models under our own branding.
The claim that there are holes in the deck leading directly into the battery compartment is false, and we even provided you with images confirming this, which we did not receive a response to. When you contacted us regarding the motor seizing, the images you supplied clearly showed heavy rust inside the motor, which led to this. This unfortunately is not a manufacturing defect but a result of water ingress and improper maintenance, so it was not covered under warranty.
That said, we did confirm that any other issues falling under manufacturing defects would be assessed and repaired under our warranty. As outlined in our warranty policy, we cover the costs of collection, parts, and labour for genuine faults, but not return shipping costs, or parts damaged due to misuse, nor the cost of replacement packaging if the original box is discarded.
We always strive to provide the best possible service and product quality, but as with any e-vehicle, correct use and maintenance are essential for long-term performance.
