Was sent an email saying that I would be receiving my stuff between 1 p.m. and 8 pm. Never turned up no email nothing. No good when you’ve taken a day off of work to wait in for an order . Unprofessional and 2nd rate …..

Advance accurate warning of delivery .

Couldn't even get this off the ground waited almost three weeks and still no rates but plenty of stories.
Faizal Hussain can talk the talk but he definitley can't walk it let alone deliver it.
So disappointed.

Where is my order , This is day three of not receiving my order. I am furious with DX.
This company needs investigation and sacked

great service delivery personnel very well mannered and professional delivered when they said they would great tracking service

I paid £30 for selected date delivery.
Its arrived 3 days after that date

Up to date info including call from driver when 20mins away, helpful driver no problems

The guys who delivered it came within the allotted time, called me when they arrived and brought the stuff into our house and we're very kind and polite.

Great service, delivered earlier than expected, nice guys, left it in the room as per request..

I was really pleased with the delivery experience from the DX driver today.

I'd already had an email and a text informing me of the two hour window in which to expect my delivery, however, I was impressed to receive a phone call from the driver informing of of his e.t.a. I've not known a delivery company be quite so organised and professional.

The delivery arrived on time, within the time frame expected. The 2 delivery staff were friendly, polite and very efficient. Very good service

Amazing, the 2 guys called me to let me know they are arriving. And then they also helped me take my bed to the top 3rd floor so I really appreciate it and it wasss soooo heavy! These 2 guys deserve to be appreciated and valued!!

Have fully unpacked and tried out yet but ordering and delivery was really easy. Delivery guys were really friendly and polite too and called ahead 15 minutes before landing.

Almost all deliveries i have with DX are not on time, generally not even on the day they confirmed. Also an 8am to 6pm slot is poor in todays delivery world.

I read the alarmingly regular 1 star reviews on here and was more than a bit worried. Their responses demonstrate complete indifference to the customer which only added to the concern.

However, I can only speak as find. Whilst it might have been nice to be told about my delivery before it was due, and tracking information saying "left as instructed" when I'd left no instructions did leave me concerned about what I might or might not get home to, I must say whoever delivered my package did leave it a in a genuinely safe and thoughtful location, and left a note saying as much.
