Top notch service
Purchased a Stihl TS420 disc cutter with 10 blades. The blades I wanted were not in stock but I was offered a premium replacement at no extra cost. I could not find a better price for the package I got, no matter where I looked. The disc cutter turned out to be faulty, but on returning to the store, it was checked over & replaced without question. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely buy from them again.

Patient, polite, professional
I had a struggle making the payment so i rang them, didn't take long for someone to answer. He could see there was a problem with the system. We went through it and finally payment accepted. Very efficient & patient young man. Next day I received a call, probably the reason behind my payment not being accepted. Someone else was also buying the same item & the last in stock at the same time. Not a problem, they asked if they could order another & ship it direct but would take a bit longer to arrive. All went to plan smoothly, I've not had this experience in a long time. Nothing was a problem, I wasn't a problem and will definitely use them again if I need anything. Highly recommended company.
