I joined Declarando because I wasn’t happy with my previous accountant, who didn't communicate well. I was looking for simple invoicing software and real guidance, which Declarando explicitly promised. Instead, they made my situation much worse and caused me a lot of stress. After signing up, my Social Security charges suddenly almost doubled ( and I don’t even know how ). I received zero guidance… the only time they actually guided me was when they guide me on a phone call to pay over 600 euros for a 6 month service subscription.
Their website claims "24/7 support," but trust me, this is completely false. You never know if you are talking to a bot or a real person. When you message their chat, they usually take hours to reply when you are already busy with other things. Instead of answering questions, they just send links to watch YouTube videos in Spanish, which I don't understand and which do not solve my specific problems or doubts. I needed real human guidance, which is exactly what they promised from the start.
For the past two weeks, I have been emailing and messaging them trying to cancel my subscription and get a refund. I explicitly told them I found another accountant and need this canceled before the quarterly tax presentation. Instead of processing my request, after 10 days of silence, they just sent me this: “Hello 🌼 Before continuing, we would like to schedule a call with you to address any questions you have or whatever you need to personalize the service and assist you.”
I replied immediately stating that I do not want or need their service anymore, and now they are completely ghosting me again. They took my money, made my tax situation worse, and has been only a stressful experience

I had a great registration process with the help of Eva N. She helped me set up every thing, answered all of my many questions and answered very quickly. I felt at ease and listened to which was important to me in this process.

Everything was super fast. Juan is pretty good at collecting the information in the shortest way as possible. The only thing was that he was asking some of the questions which i have already clearly indicated in the form i have filled twice but for making sure no error was committed i assume thats fine.

The representatives of Declarando are very professional and courteous, especially Susana Caravaca, Noelia and Nestor .
They were very helpful and responded to my queries and assisted me throughout my application until the end of the process.

I recently worked with Eva to set up my autónomo registration, and I couldn't be more satisfied. She was incredibly responsive, thorough, and made the entire process feel effortless. Every question I had was answered clearly and quickly, and she handled all the administrative steps with real professionalism. Eva truly went above and beyond, if you're looking for someone to guide you through the process, she's the one. Highly recommend!

If you're starting your business, they're good with doing the process of getting you started, If you're already started, it's overpriced. From the sales call, take away 30% of things that aren't included unless you pay more, but they don't tell you that.
Also, I stepped back from the contract within the given time, but had to fight tooth and nail with my bank to get the money bank. (BTW, you have to pay 6 month or 12 in advance, and you can pay in 4 parts, 4 months in a row but at a wopping 15% interest).
Also, they tell you by which laws you're allowed to do XYZ which is really handy at first, but then it's just like any other accountancy system. Hence why it's good for first time self employed, but not for long standing autonomos.
I did my research before I tried to work with them, and I don't hate them but I am disappointed that it's not nearly as smooth as they should be for the price they charge. Another annoying detail, they lacked consistency in all the emails. E.g. wrong names or different names in each email.
Lastly, in the phone call I specifically asked if it's people answering your emails or AI, and I was told only people. Hate to break it to you all, but for basic questions it is an AI response, and it does say AI on the email. Only if you insist will a person answer you. All in all, DONT RECOMMEND.

Eva N was amazing with getting me set up as autonomo - she did it in a morning. Having wasted 3 weeks with two other gestorias she managed to get me registered within a couple of hours. Would totally recommend. As a foreign national unfamiliar with the spanish tax system she answered all my questions and put me at ease. Thank you
