BUT...the site is NOT consumer friendly. I would like to decide what and when I buy. You can not change the amount of food for a dog, you can not change the 14 days schedule. It is all very rigid. After multiple mails with Xavi from CS, I had to delete 1 dog so I could be more creative in ordering.

The best Spanish dog food service atm
The best dog food service currently in Spain. Very good client service as well. Only a shame that they only have 4 flavors, from which my dog is only keen on 2 (beef and turkey). I hope they'll expand their flavors to the options Butternut Box offers.

Very dangerous
Very dangerous! The package arrived in bad condition, like if it was supposed to be frozen but came in a broken box, all unfrozen. I am not giving this to my dog. This is scary!!

I started buying their fresh-frozen food for my dog.
Initially, the quality seemed okay, but over time, the food smelled bad and seemed spoiled.
My dog was sick, and even the vet told me it was probably the food's fault.
I also discovered they produce in Spain, where the quality controls aren't as thorough as in Italy.
I changed suppliers and now I'm happy with them.
Never again!

I have been a client for nearly 1 yr now, I have 4 dogs and the price for feeding them is reasonable. The dogs love their food and get excited at each meal.
When ever I have had a delivery problem because of chronofresh dogfy diet have always been 100% helpful and sorted out the situation. I highly recommend this professional company even though chronofresh is not as reliable,

The delivery is awful! it is always short of what you order. I cancelled with them and they still took for another delivery of 42 packets, of which i have only received 10!!! Awful!

Good service-awful delivery
Dogfy is a good service, the food is good. Their customer service is also outstanding, but I'm puzzled as to why they continue to use GLS for delivery. Every month there has been a problem—every single month. Unfortunately, the last month will be the last, as the food arrived with a one-week delay during our most torrid part of the year. Everything was decomposing. I don`t like to change the businesses I buy from, but it looks like this time I will. Too bad, they are overall a good source of dog food.

My dog loves the food but the deliveries are terrible. I was due to get my delivery today before 2pm. I had a message from GLS saying parcel delivered but it wasn’t. This has been the exact same every month. The stress on delivery day is not worth it. When I complained to customer service they said they will cancel subscription but still have not said if this months would be reimbursed. Very poor
