For my dog, I used to buy fresh frozen food from another Italian supplier, which I later discovered was produced in Spain.
The food smelled bad, especially the turkey, which smelled like spoiled food.
For this reason, I decided to switch to Dog Heroes.
I'm so happy I made this choice.
The food smells fresh and delicious, and my dog loves it.

It was also wrong and more expensive than they promised.

My dog loves the food and doesn't want to go back to the dry one. He had some healthy issue and I managed to stop and restart my account very easily. Customer service is responsive and efficient!! Great experience!!

As usual, all contact with dog heroes is more than excellent. Not only do they solve any problems immediately but it is done with courtesy and professionalism and even in English. My dog loves their food and I love their superb service.

I am really disappointed with this service. The food itself is good - my dogs like it, even though I had to abolish one of the plans as my dog has allergies and she couldn't eat it. Not their fault though. What the real problem here is the fact that they are not trustworthy - the UX on their site really doesn't work. I updated some data on my profile, it doesn't show in the profile later on. I change the address, they still have the wrong one for weeks after even though we even spoke on WhatsApp to update it, on top of updating it on their site. They keep sending emails to my husband even though I changed the email address for notifications. I cancel the plan for one of the dogs, they send the food anyway and they send it to the old address even though they had sent it previously to the new address and in spite of me cancelling the plan previously. So, even though I was a great fan of their service in the beginning as I want my dogs to eat quality fresh food, I lost my trust with them. If they cannot get their UX right, if they cannot fix their logistical problems, it makes me think - is the food actually safe in the end? This is the reason I decided to cancel my plans with them and look somewhere else.

Excellent product and service. Their food improved my dog's health drastically after we had tried everything without success. The only dog food that reversed her allergies and itchiness. Thank you Dog Heroes!

I have been using Dogheroes and it has been a delightful experience! My dog, Valentino, loves it and it has been a life saver. I used to cook for my dog but I decided to go with Dogheroes.
