Good introduction to resistance training, new to me. At 74 and not doing much exercise after surgery it has got me back into trying to get fitter and stronger. Great workout and instruction videos included in the bar & band set.

Online exercises fantastic

I've been doing this for two weeks and it seems to be a good system, and the explanatory videos are incredibly good.

Haven’t got it and very poor response from the gymproluxe not satisfied at all.

I have yet to receive the product i ordered 3 weeks ago. I've gotten a dozen emails about it...but no decice

Great piece of equipment. Seems very strong and well made. Nice carry bag so I can take everywhere with me.

Perfect for the training plan i have put together was a bit of a problem actually arriving ended up waiting 2 weeks but pleased with it now it's here

Gr8 bit of kit, I asked boys that are into the gym at work what they thought as its dearer than other systems, but its worth it the other band systems I have even stepping away to full resistance felt a bit too easy (im not the biggest guy) but noticed this straight away with the green band, much better working alongside the instructor on the app which helps make sure your doing the exercises right.

Great piece of kit but what really makes it are the excellent start strong programmes and the fantastic coach Marcus Benson - worth it for that alone. Only into second week but already feeling the difference that this programme can make.

Great product very challenging but simple plans to follow

Fast delivery, I was kept in the loop all the way. The kit is great, well made, robust and packs away neatly into a small bag that’s easy to store.
The exercises are great. It feels like I’ve had a good workout after use.

Im Graham a 50 year old male. received the kit a couple weeks ago. been following the workouts as best I can. I am so surprised at how versatile the kit is and how many exercises can be achieved. I'm quite a fit guy but work hours prevent me using the gym. Gymproluxe is the answer. by the way the workouts are not easy it really is a great work out. As time goes on I know I will see a big change in certain areas of my body especially my Moobs..!!!!

I placed my order on August 15th. It’s now September 4 and I am still waiting for it to arrive. Do not buy.

I seen a few posts on the gymproluxe and I was debating on purchasing it or not but I'm glad I did. At first glance when I unpacked the box I thought is this it and what do I do with this but I quickly changed my tune when I first used it. I'm currently using the black and white band (20kg&10kg) and it's brilliant for anyone who works out at home or wants to add to their collection or even start off I would highly recommend this product. The only setback I've had was that one of the bands snapped but I emailed costumer services and they are sending me a replacement which is great.

Great piece of kit at a great price, I had a minor issue with the carry bag which was resolved promptly with great customer service. I would highly recommend this excersise equipment, thankyou Gymproluxe.

I would just like to say, this was my first day using this set and OMG! I can’t believe how good they are, I felt at the end of the first course like I had been in the gym for an hour.
I haven’t trained for 20 plus years, but after this training spell, I felt like I’m about to achieve something at last with my health.
Thank you for this amazing equipment it will save me a fortune in gym membership, and getting proper results with the fully comprehensive training program you have developed, and just to say, your website is great.

Took a long time from order to delivery; so much so that I was getting "How you getting on.." e-mails long before the product arrived.

Only had the exercise equipment for a couple of days and I have to say, I really like it. Comfortable to use and quick and easy to change resistance levels.

Don't like the fact you need to subscribe to the app to get full workouts. Large part of the sales pitch is "no gym fees".. "one off payment".. Then you get the app and it's oh, you want all the workouts - then you need to subscribe.

That said, the free workouts that are there are well presented and very clear. Hopefully they'll do me for what I need.

It was so easy to use and no messing about with weights etc..

Paid for the kit but not received it for weeks..No comms to update me… however once this was realised the team were v apologetic ( so that gets you the second star) So I cannot review something I’ve never used or seen… should really get the handle add ons for free imo..
