Sam is excellent just what I need as a regular group booker
Sam is our regular consultant at Groupline. As a group booker I need someone who is on the ball and can provide timely replies as I am usually dealing with 60-80 people. Sam is always very good and it is reassuring to know when I ask something I will hear back the same day or if she can't get same day she will let me knowl

Kyle was excellent at helping our group arrange tickets for two shows, even shifting a date to make sure we could take advantage of seeing both Oh, Mary! and 1536 while our group was in London.

After struggling with technical issues to make a group booking online. I contacted the booking phone line and had my booking dealt with by Ross. He quickly and amiably sorted it out with very little hassle to me. His charming manner and ability to resolve the issue is a real asset to the company!
