Most products sold as "groupdeal" have…
Most products sold as "groupdeal" have the same price on multiple other webshops without a discount or groupdeal. So basically this website is fraudulent when they say "-46% discount" or something similar.
De meeste producten die als "groupdeal" verkocht worden hebben dezelfde prijs op meerdere andere webwinkels zonder korting of groupdeal. Dus eigenlijk is deze website frauduleus als ze zeggen "-46% korting" of iets dergelijks.

Wrong product, little customer service
The product arrived with great timing, however it was not the exact product I had ordered. After emailing the customer service I got a reply promising me that they would get back to me within 3 days. After 5 days I still had not recieved an answer and was forced to call. After a long wait they told me they would get back to me the next day, however this was not the case. I called again and they still did not have an answer. Finally after about 2 weeks in total the only solution they offered me was a refund without offering to send the correct product.

Most horrible website&Customer Service ever!!!
Again as so many I order 10 days ago and after that I heard nothing no more, called 10 times and got brutal answermachine telling again and again that the lines are very busy try later again, but you never get them? most horrible customer service ever! not even worth 1 star, i email them 6 days ago and an automatic answer follows that they will react within 3 days and i still got NO mail back? Never ever i order here again!

after ordering 2 items delivertime max 6 days we are now 9 days further in time still no activity about the order. Telephonecontact and mail contact are not honoured and is impossible. I feel very cheated.
when calling and waiting and after a while 10 minutes call is being disconnected by groupdeal
After 11 days still no action and therefore cancelled order. Please be advised I ordere through DE TELEGRAAF WEBSHOP which is Groupdeal and many other. I have deleted my account and have no further intrest in even contacting you or ordering again.
