Le abbiamo proposto il cambio o il ritiro con successivo rimborso del prodotto ma lei ha rifiutato entrambe le opzioni.
Le ricordiamo che siamo concessionari diretti di tutte le aziende trattate e che abbiamo supporto da loro per qualsiasi problema che riguardi i prodotti.
Le fragranze possono subire alterazioni a causa di diverse cause e risultare poco durevoli.

Steer clear of this company

Ordered shoes in February it’s May now and still no shoes.
Customer service non existent- contacted the company several times and no reply.
Please steer clear of this company if you don’t want to lose your money
