This is a complete scam with misleading prices. They advertise one price on Google but show a completely different one - often four times higher - price when you follow the link. Authorities should be informed about such malpractice and the company should shut down.

I had been trying to book for a while, and prices were rising. I reached out on the chat and the lovely Alice got back to me.

She reassured me, helped me with the booking as this is a very important flight to join a friend doing her f##k it bucket list. So quite an emotional trip to be taking.

Alice could tell this and helped me through the being patient and explaining everything clearly for me.

We booked with this company through Kayak as it had the best price for air tickets. Soon after we got an email receipt but no confirmation of booking and shortly after we got a call from an agent saying the airline has not confirmes oyr tickets as there was some issue and whether we were flexible on days. I said no we are not flexible as we are visiting my sick dad and have had to take permission from my daughters school to go on these dates. So he said he will check what the airline says and get back to me at 6pm that evening.

He called back saying that our fare was not available anymore and the airline had given 3 options, to pay more to keep the same dates or to change our dates completely or to come back a day earlier. I refused and said I wanted a full refund if that was the case. Then all of a sudden the agent said he would chexk with the airline and the airlines supervisor was on hold with him. We argued a few times to say no we just want a refund but in the end he somehow was able to keep our dates and fare the same and that we would get our tickets within 24 hours.

The next day when I had not received my PNR or eticket i was a little worried so called up to atleast get my pnr so i could check the booking existed with the airline as the trip was only a week away. The lady i spoke to gave me the pnr but agaim tried to upsell me paid seats which i refused. She said we wouldnt get to choose and as we had a child it would be better to pay, I refused. Funnily enough, once I had the pnr I was able to choose my seats for FREE!!

So they are just a scam company trying to scam people out of more money once they have hooked you in!! Dont give in, they advertised a price so should be able to stick to it and dont give them any more money or preferably just AVOID and pay a little more for peace of mind!!
