Works brilliantly!
Easy to set up, and works well for teams spread across different countries. Good range of options for gift vouchers to spend contributions on, but also easy option to sign card without contributing.

Very useful for workplace collections
Very useful for workplace collections. A set fee for withdrawal of funds would be a much fairer than the company collecting a percentage in my opinion.

The 4.5% fee allows us to cover the necessary safeguarding and anti-fraud checks for every bank transfer, regardless of the collection size. To help balance this, we don’t charge for creating or contributing to a collection, buying gift cards, or adding an eCard to a money collection.
