Ordered swatches , they arrived , amazing service from the detail of the packaging on arrival hair was protected in a hair net and a packaging detailed slip of my order. I then contacted gee hair and spoke to joy she has been amazing outstanding customer service very informative and helpful. Can’t wait to place my order when stock arrives back into stock. Really happy.
It said 9 days delivery, and i was happy with that. Came on time. I have had 2 lots of face framers up to now, one baby framers and the 2 clips 3 inch framers,and they are good quality and nice and thick. I also had to get one set redirected to a different address, and CS did that very quickly. My daughter got me to order a set for her so they are on the way.All in all, very happy with the quality.

Instagram Trap - Misleading by hiding the size of the hair and trick you into keeping the item
They send a lovely packet for the hair, with a sample on the outside to test the colour, but you cant see the hair inside the packet so it tricks you into knowing the size of the hair. Once you open it thats it you've wasted £54 on a tiny piece of hair that doesnt do anything.
They trick you with photos of full hair volume and by calling it a "volumizer" piece. Instagram Trap.

My favourite clip in hair extensions ever…(however)
These are my favourite clip in hair extensions without a a doubt so far. I’ve only had them 6 weeks but the quality is really good and the hanger they come with really makes a difference when it comes to storage and will do in the future when I need to wash them.
The only reasons I’ve given 4 stars not 5 is because imo it wasn’t obvious that the extensions themselves came with a hanger so I ordered one separately as well and then I couldn’t get a refund on that item even though I explained. And also, I feel the colour of the cherry brunette extensions is slightly different in reality. It looks warmer and ever so slightly red in tone on the website whereas in reality they’re more gold brown which means I had to dye my hair a couple of times to get it the closet match I could, rather than just the initial time I dyed them which would have matched based on the colour on the website I’m sure.
But great product which I think will last really well and helpful responsive customer service.

I wanted a colour match. As always Gee was very responsive and helpful in guiding me to the correct colour. I will be ordering the hair once I have considered length.
I have bought from them twice before and the quality of hair is excellent. Thick and lasts for a considerable amount of time. I won’t buy elsewhere now.

Very impressed
I’m a bit of a clip in connoisseur and I have to say Gee is the best hands down. Firstly the hair doesn’t smell like fufu (extension girlies you know what I mean!) the texture of the hair is soft and fine enough for Caucasian hair. The colours are modern and true to the pictures online and they are super comfortable to wear. Never going anywhere else for my clip ins now.

Disappointing Customer Service and Lack of Transparency
My order was delayed beyond the advertised delivery timeframe. When I requested cancellation due to the delay, I was told the order had already been dispatched.
I then asked whether Gee Hair would cover return shipping and waive any additional fees, since the delay was on their end. I never received a response.
To make matters worse, I attempted to leave a review directly through their product page, but was redirected to Judge.me, where the Submit Review button was unresponsive. I tried multiple times using both Safari and Chrome without success.
I also noticed that the product page displays exclusively 4- and 5-star reviews, with no negative ratings whatsoever. Given my difficulty submitting an honest review, this raises concerns for me about how representative those ratings really are.
Overall, an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.
*** Update regarding Gee Hair's response: Interestingly, they responded quickly to my public Trustpilot review, while customer service emails routinely take days. Their response acknowledges the delays and poor communication but offers no meaningful resolution. They also completely avoided addressing my concerns about the transparency of reviews on their website.
Rather than focusing on responding to negative reviews, Gee Hair should prioritize timely customer service, fair resolutions, and transparency.
By far one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had.
I would not recommend this company.

We do want to clarify one point regarding the cancellation and dispatch. Your order was delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, and we acknowledge that. However, when your cancellation request was received, the order had already entered our fulfilment process and was being prepared for dispatch. Although the courier tracking subsequently showed that a label had been created before collection, the order had already progressed beyond the stage at which we could cancel it internally.
We recognise that this distinction was not clear from the communication you received, particularly as you had requested cancellation because of the delay. We understand why receiving a shipping notification after requesting cancellation was frustrating.
We also acknowledge your concerns about the time taken to respond to your messages. You contacted us because the order had not progressed within the timeframe you were given, and we accept that the communication throughout this process should have been clearer and more timely.
Thank you for your feedback. We take your comments seriously and will use them to improve how we communicate with customers when orders experience delays.

Slowest company ever
I ordered 3 hair swatches for £10 to then find out it was 9 day delivery?! In 2026 what on earth takes 9 days to be delivered. Turns out they didn’t arrive for 12 days which means I’ve ordered from elsewhere in the meantime.
Customer service is slow to reply as it seems there is only 1 person working there.

We do want to clarify the delivery timeline for your order. Your swatches were ordered using our Standard 9-Day Delivery service and were dispatched on 30th September, within the stated delivery timeframe, with delivery expected by 2nd October. Unfortunately, the parcel was then delayed by Royal Mail while in transit and was delivered on 5th October, 12 days after your order was placed.
We appreciate that, regardless of where the delay occurred, the swatches arriving after the date you needed them meant they were no longer useful to you and that you had to make alternative arrangements.
We are sorry that the Royal Mail delay meant the swatches did not reach you in time for your appointment, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I returned one product on the 1st September and have been waiting for a refund of my money since then. You can only contact them through WhatsApp or email to discuss the issues which takes a minimum of 24 hours for a response. They have confirmed that they have had my return but just keep on repeating that ‘as soon as your refund is processed through that department, then you will receive your returned payment’. They initially said it would be refunded by the 17th sept - which it hasn’t. It’s the 22nd today and I am still waiting.
Also had issues with the initial delivery of the items. Paid for next delivery, but Gee did not post the items for a number of days after purchase.
Additionally, the hair extensions I did keep are already drying out and matting in the back.

Nothing special I tried these for the first time I got 22 inch clip ins, I usually order from foxy locks or milk and blush and never have any problems but they were out of stock so I tried these, they’re not thick from root to tip the ends are very thin and ratty they don’t flow like normal hair like foxy locks and milk and blush they do the job give you length and feel ok but for the price there is better on the market
