Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience. What a complete waste of time and money! I paid upfront, completed the questionnaire and was given the impression that I was eligible to proceed. However, after the consultation, I was suddenly told that I didn't qualify.
Why wasn't this checked before taking my payment and booking a consultation? It's incredibly frustrating to pay in advance, go through the entire process and only then be told that you're not eligible. I expected a much more professional and transparent service from Mosh. Absolutely disappointing.

We do try to make it clear that the decision to prescribe treatment is up to the consulting practitioner, and if they recommend seeing your own GP in person, there would be a good reason for this. Mosh deduct $ after account closed
When you cancel your account Mosh continues to deduct money from AfterPay without authority to do so.
I thought it was an honest mistake when they did it the first time, but not now they’ve done it a second time.

spray bottle seized, cleaned and fixed in warm water, only to seize up again in the topical solution, stated the issue in the chat, quick response from initial consult, then Dianne Carillo was quick with a reply and solution to send new spray, with a follow up to confirm tracking order, rippa service , keep it up
