Telephone ordered on Sunday afternoon and delivered to me in France less than 24 hours later! Incredibly fast delivery! The telephone was exactly as described and even a little less expensive than Amazon. Highly recommended.

After I bought a new iPhone and accessories just before Christmas, only to realise a fortnight later while setting them up that I didn't need (or want) to replace my existing iPhone, the Gomibo customer services representatives assured me that I could return the items for a full refund. And a full refund is exactly what I received earlier today

It was fantastic service from start to finish, and when I DO eventually need a new 'phone, I'll be very happy to return to Gomibo.fr

I was looking for a new phone urgently. Found Gomibo, read the reviews and ordered. Wednesday at 16.00 delivered to me in south West france by 11.30 NEXT DAY! Wow what service. Very pleased. Thank you. Can only recommend.

My new mobile was delivered to my home literally 24 hours after I ordered it from Gomibo. Complete satisfaction.

Le téléphone que j'ai reçu n'est pas un appareil neuf. Après vérification sur Internet du numéro IMEI, il apparait que le téléphone avait été activé en Grèce, 3 semaines avant que je recoive ma commande.
Le coffret venait sans chargeur, le film plastique protecteur sur l'écran n'était pas présent, et la scellée sur la boite n'était pas la scéllée originale du fabriquant Motorola.
Et lorsque je prends contact ave GOMIBO, ils m'ont répondu (en anglais) comme quoi ils ouvraient les coffrets pour s'assurer que leur standards de qualité étaient respectés!!!! Voir leur réponse ci-jointe: "To guarantee that we sell top-quality products, we sometimes perform checks. That check means that we break the seal ourselves to check the quality of the product. The seal that was put on the box is our own seal, that we placed over the original seal. Your product has had that extra quality check. The device that you received from us is completely new and, of course, comes with a 2-year warranty.
I hope that this explanation gives you some more information. If you want to receive a new phone, you can return the old phone and we will sent you the new product as soon as possible. However, I can not guarantee that the seal will be intact, because there is always a chance that we broke it to perform that extra quality check.

Unlike other comments here, I have never received my order. The after sale service never answered my email in french even if they have a .fr. It’s better to contact them in English.
Looks like they ship it fast yes, but where dit it go ? It never showed up at my door. In the end the after sale offered me a refund.
They were very kind and sorry for the situation.

Initially, I thought the prices were too good to be true - I skeptically ordered a watch around 4pm on a Friday afternoon, and it turned up Saturday, like the very next day - I couldn't believe it! 😲

The prices are just fantastic! The delivery is incredible - (free) and usually next day! And the customer service is out of this world!... Emails are not automated and my support question was followed up with a hand written card! Such a lovely touch ❤️

I've already told all my friends and family about them.... and I don't often write reviews but when I do it's because a company is AWESOME! 😁😁 😁 So, yep! I've become a right little Gomibo Ambassador 😂
