Indeed the account opening is fast - and the unexpected account closure (without any explanation) is even faster. And the AI responses are very annoying as well. AFM: please wake up this "bank" does not deserve a licence.

Exactly what I wasn't looking for. Still unexpected costs, registration was anything but smooth, and if you have a question you hardly get in touch with someone who actually helps. Laurens tried to help but the setup was still laborious and frustrating.

My honest experience with GoDutch banking is smooth and clean. Support team are always reachable and they actually solve the issues! This bank is open to add new functionalities and listen to users's requests.

I've been using this account for approximately a year now and I think the most refreshing part is that there is a dedicated customer service team who are always reachable via chat, phone, or e-mail. I don't need help often, but when I do it's super refreshing being able to talk to actual people instead of an A.I-bot. Technology is great and the app is clever, but some things are better left to be done by humans. Learn from GoDutch other fintechs, they're doing this right!

Not a serious party, unlike Bunq, Finom and Qonto. Indeed needs approval from Swan for everything.

VERY NEW so no experience at all. Is depending on French SWAN (ZWAAN) financial payment provider. So IT IS NOT A BANK and there is NO EU GUARANTEE FOR FUNDS. Tricky ?
