Stellar service
In my area due to huge demand we were told we had to wait until our TIE cards expired, before applying for renewal. My gestoria said there was a 3 month wait for an appointment to renew my TIE. This was an issue as I travel a lot for work. Since my card expired I have had problems at immigration control. This is because staff insist I have to use the EES system, which does not apply to me as I have permanent residency. Now I have renewal paperwork I will have no further problems at borders.
BuscaCita provided a stellar service and found me a free appointment slot in a between my travel weeks, that suited me perfectly. I was skeptical initially, as there are so many online scams, but I thought that for the fee involved, the risk wasn't huge. They came up trumps and I will certainly use them again to book my collection appointment.
