CAUTION! SKETCHY BUSINESS!
CAUTION! PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH CitaEX!
I've had multiple issues with them.
1. Instead of answering my question what's exactly included in the 69€ they charge, they told me to pay. I've asked at least 3 times and they ignored my question. Then 4 days later i got a message with the appointment booked. I didn't knowingly give them the permission to start the process especially because of the lack of information.
2. I asked for an invoice and that's where more problems started. They said they can't issue an invoice (in Spain you're obligated to issue an invoice upon request for a service you're charging). They got rude and put more pressure on me. They said "pay or we will cancel your appointment".
In the end they gave me a pdf that's supposed to be an invoice where they charge for services of "Consultancy", I explicitly asked for an invoice for the service they are charging me, to get me an appointment at the oficina de estranjeros in Spain.
I paid because the day before the appointment they've threatened me to cancel it. But this is absolutely unacceptable and super sketchy. Please be cautious before you do any business with CitaEX, they seem to not be doing things properly if issuing an invoice is such a big problem and a reason to be rude to customers.
I regret that I ever got in touch with them.
