I really wish I’d checked some of these reviews before I ordered.

In January I purchased the dual cable machine - installation was easy enough, but by March one of the cables had frayed and rendered half the machine unusable. I messaged Bulldog for assistance and they simply sent a replacement cable and some vague basic instructions on how to fit it which we still cannot fathom. We’ve not been able to fit the new cable, so half the machine is now not functional, which is unacceptable for a piece of kit that cost well over £1000, isn’t commercially used and is only two months old at this point.

Bulldog have been zero help. Now the other side has stopped working so have messaged them again but having read some of these reviews I suspect I’m going to get nowhere. It’s appalling that this level of kit is so poor and the customer service is non existent. It’s shameful.

Do not buy from Bulldog Gear, it’s one big rip off.

I bought a mix of kettlebells (comp & box) and changed my mind to have only box style. The customer support team were really helpful and supported me with an exchange process. Even as Bulldog were relocating their business they still managed to provide excellent customer service with great communication throughout.

The kettlebells are great quality. I’ll be using Bulldog again!

Excellent kit, super speedy delivery

Delivery has been very poor. Ordered 3 weeks ago and still to receive goods.

Not received the items and getting any sort of meaningful update from bulldog or the delivery company has been very challenging

I ordered a gift card a week ago, I received acknowledgement but still have not had an email regarding the actual item and code. I have messaged several times and have asked for a full refund now as a week to wait for an email is ridiculous and as it was a birthday gift, the paperwork couldn't be included in the card. Very disappointing service especially as first time using this company. One very unhappy customer 😔

Daina was very helpful from start to finish with great communication! The bulldog zero 2+ is a great piece of equipment and would definitely recommend! I chose to return some attachments and again communication was 2nd to none and refund was issued the same day they received the items back. I would not hesitate to buy from again. Delivery company wasn't the best and with it needing a 3-4 man lift was a bit difficult but that isn't Bulldog gears fault.
