Licence expired
I procured Microsoft Office for Mac, it worked around one year, after one year it start asking for License again, Sebastian (Retailer) was trying to help me with that but nothing changed. License was for life, and it is not! Problem is not solved.

EDIT in reply my request of refund for the 21 licenses you offer me a refund for two of them, this was before i discover that all the office licenses buyed from your store are for internal testing evaluation or develop purpose using a MSDNR Channel! Please refund my Order #309651 December 22, 2022 Sell products are a scam, not real retail licenses, olny internal development ones... 21 licenses results as blocked by Microsoft.
I checked a licences I bought from them (Order #538689 was placed on March 13, 2026) using script ospp.vbs /dstatus via powershell and discovered that, whilst it is a retail licence, it is intended for trial or development use only – it could be blocked by Microsoft at any moment!
The website productkey.com is owned by the same person who owns buy-keys.com, where it is no longer possible to purchase Microsoft products – and now I think I understand why!
I bought 23 perpetual Office 2021 retail licences from their first website, buy-keys.com, for my company and our clients. Over the years, I’ve spent over €1,200 on products from them, and I’ve finally discovered the truth!
The licences were not activated straight away, and I discovered this year that they have all been blocked because they are actually test or development licences generated from an MSDN account.
The seller, having been informed of this, continues to turn a blind eye. He sold me non-compliant products; I, in turn, sold non-compliant products! I’ve asked for a refund for the licences that weren’t activated because they’ve been blocked, and they’re trying to justify this by saying the warranty period has expired. The problem is that the product doesn’t match what was advertised! Now I understand why the prices are so low – be careful
