The worst banking services I’ve ever dealt with. Glad they closed the account I will make sure to tell people to stay away from this bank
I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Akash, and he was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful. He went above and beyond to make my niece feel comfortable and cared for. His genuine kindness and attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommend Akash!
Easy process. Not much else to say, but get what you need, before you actually need it!
AK did a great job explaining the different options available to me and answering my questions.
I had an excellent experience with Bluevine customer service. I was dealing with three separate issues: my debit card was not showing up in the system, I did not have a PIN set up, and I was unable to log into my account. The representative was extremely nice, patient, professional, and polite. She took the time to address every issue and made sure everything was completely fixed before we ended the call. I truly appreciated that she didn’t rush me and made sure I could access my account and use my debit card properly. This was outstanding customer service, and she definitely deserves five stars!
Zach was very professional and friendly and very helpful with navigating my Bluevine account.
He’s very informative, courteous, very friendly and respectful.
Shawna has been very supportive and helpful in getting my loan approved and building my business!
Agent was knowledgeable about the products and sincere with his recommendations.
The customer service rep was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work resolving my issue.
Absolutely the worst bank I have ever worked with. This is a purely bot-based support system with faulty integration. I have been battling them to close my account for weeks. All the requirements they have for closing the account were met prior to the closure request being submitted. Yet they are not closing the account and keep repeating the same message over and over about the requirements that ARE MET in order to close it. Then, when I go through all the items they mention, their bot realizes that yes, everything is good, tells me to wait 1–3 business days for the closure, and nothing happens. We keep going around in circles like this. Extremely frustrating. If you have the opportunity not to use them, do so.
Bluevine is great! They have good customer service. I earn interest on my money. And they offer great funding products for small business owners. Overall great solution.
Michael was super helpful. Expertly answered all of my questions and tailored tutorial to my business needs and goals. Professional and courteous!
Zack called and was verry professional and helpful great experience.
Ben was very easy to speak with and was great on continued follow-ups.
