Approximately two months ago, while attempting to make a withdrawal, my account activities were suddenly frozen due to an alleged policy violation. After contacting Binance Support, I was initially informed that the review process would be completed within one month. However, more than two months have now passed, and I am still being told that there is no estimated completion date.
During this period, I have received no meaningful updates, no clear explanation regarding the alleged violation, and no timeline for resolution. As a result, I have effectively lost access to my funds and account functionality for an indefinite period.
I understand and support compliance and security procedures. However, freezing a customer's account for months without transparency, evidence, or a defined resolution timeline raises serious concerns regarding customer rights and fair treatment.
I would strongly advise Binance users to be cautious and to consider the possibility that their accounts and funds may become inaccessible without prior notice while under prolonged review.
I hope Binance will provide a clear explanation and resolve this matter as soon as possible.

I used binance chat bot to get help to withdraw my funds. It told me to convert my funds to different fiat currencies to troubleshoot and at last told me it would not be possible. When speaking to customer service they tell me I am in the wrong for trusting their chat service and that ”the bot does not have control of your account” as they bag the conversion fees. Never use binance there are many platforms that are both cheaper and honest.

Critical P2P Safety Issue: No MFS Account Filtering in Bangladesh
Binance 1 ster 😁
❌Binance P2P Bangladesh still lacks a basic filtering system for❌ Personal, Agent, and Business MFS accounts. This creates confusion, failed transactions, disputes, and unnecessary risks for users every day. It's surprising that such a critical issue remains unresolved despite continuous feedback from the community. User safety and transaction transparency should not be overlooked. The P2P payment method system urgently needs improvement.

If you want your account to be freezed for nothing, this is the place to be.
I just updated my phone number, validated sms, and face live check, then they freezed my account for two days, when I contacted support, he just repeats informations and told me : we can do nothing to help.
They dont have a costumer service, agents provocates you to be more angry.

My account was disabled with a notice "security concerns or violations of Terms of Use." I reached out to support and was told I could appeal, they promised to investigate and explain their findings within 24 hours. The next day, the only response I got was that after "checking," they'd decided to keep my account suspended. No explanation of what I actually violated, despite the promise.
It's their right to suspend accounts, but refusing to say what rule was broken, after explicitly committing to explain, is poor treatment of customers. I'd recommend staying away from them. Case ID #163273472

I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my case (Case ID: #163251504).
I fully cooperated with the verification process and promptly submitted the requested video and identification over a month ago. Despite this, my funds remain inaccessible and I have received no meaningful updates or estimated timeframe for resolution.
I understand the need for security reviews, but the lack of communication and transparency is extremely frustrating. Each time I contact support, I am only told that my case has been “expedited” without any further information.
I kindly request a clear update on the status of my case and an indication of when I can expect this matter to be resolved. The current delay is unreasonable and I would appreciate a prompt and meaningful response.
Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

My account was restricted following a compliance review.
I repeatedly asked support to explain the basis of the decision made on my account. Instead of receiving a direct explanation, I was repeatedly told that the decision was final.
My questions remained unanswered, and most responses appeared to be template replies rather than meaningful communication.
Case ID: 163198138
Update:
Binance publicly states that all relevant information has been shared. However, in the support chat I was repeatedly informed that Binance is unable to disclose further case assessment details.
These two statements are difficult to reconcile.
Throughout this case, I repeatedly asked how the conclusion was reached and how it was linked to my account. I was provided with a final decision, but not an explanation.
Being told to return to chat for further questions, while chat simultaneously states that no further information can be provided, leaves customers without any meaningful path to clarification.
I leave readers to draw their own conclusions.

I've never written reviews about companies. I always thought anything could happen and that human error was involved. But I'm currently experiencing this problem: I opened a p2p order, and the agent marked it as paid within 10 minutes, even though I'd submitted all my bank account information. But then I didn't receive payment, and of course, no response. I filed an appeal, as expected. I provided the appeals team with a screenshot, a PDF statement, and a video of my screen from another device, as they requested. But the agent isn't responding at all. So, seven hours have passed, and the agent still hasn't responded, but they've asked me to wait another three hours, and that's not necessarily the last one. I'm offering them any evidence they'd like to see. But they ignore all my messages about how the agent doesn't care, and I need the money to buy medication, food, etc. Of course, I understand that it's not their problem. But in this obvious situation, they're not making any decisions, they're just putting me on hold, and I'm noticing that the agent has been ignoring them for over seven hours and hasn't provided anything.
My order number: 22897996133545205760
My complaint was registered under number CC9436801
Update: It's been almost a day, and they still haven't resolved anything. And of course, the agent continues to ignore them. Unfortunately, I couldn't write them a response, so I added to my review that it's a lie that they're trying to resolve the issue quickly!

I am a committed Binance P2P merchant with a flawless trading record and zero negative feedback. However, my current experience exposes a catastrophic and dangerous operational failure within Binance's P2P dispute resolution system.
A seller lured me into a classic "Man-in-the-Middle" (Triangulation) scam. He provided a Skrill e-wallet email directly in our official Binance chat and confirmed it twice. I successfully transferred the funds to that exact e-wallet. Only after I paid did the seller claim he was dealing with an unknown person off-site on "Telegram", attempting to use my verified ad to facilitate his 3rd-party transaction.
According to Binance’s own P2P User Transaction Policy (Section IV.2): "If a seller provides third-party payment details, the seller solely bears the loss."
Instead of enforcing this crystal-clear rule, the assigned support agents have gone completely rogue. Because I professionally refused to illegally contact the Skrill e-wallet administration (which would permanently ban my account due to their strict anti-crypto TOS), the Binance agents retaliated by trapping my order in an administrative "infinite loop."
For over 125 hours, the support team has been blindly copy-pasting the exact same message, extending the appeal timer by 6 hours, over and over again. The scammer is constantly online, reading the chat, and completely ignoring the dispute with zero evidence provided. Yet, the unmonitored support agents just keep endlessly renewing his timer, holding my assets hostage and rewarding his silence.
This is a blatant abuse of power and a complete disregard for platform security. Support agents are ignoring established rules to accommodate an off-site money laundering scheme, while actively punishing a compliant merchant.
I urge the Binance Senior Escalation & Risk Team to intervene immediately, audit this disgraceful handling, apply Section IV.2, and release my funds to end this farce.
Order ID: 22896354655665602560
Case ID: #163108230
Complaint ID: CC9432967
#Update: After the useless respond from Binance agent in Trust Pilot they still keep renew the timer for the scammer 6 Hours then 6 Hours then 6 Hours then 6 Hours………
There’s no deadline there!
This is absolutely TRASH support service.

As verified P2P Merchants from Bangladesh, we fully support Binance's continuous efforts to maintain a zero-tolerance policy against any extra or hidden charges. Transparent pricing creates a secure environment and protects long-term user trust.
Following the strict implementation of this policy, the entire Mobile Financial Services (MFS) P2P market (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay) is facing a technical and structural challenge. In Bangladesh, MFS platforms operate under two completely different account systems: Personal Accounts and Agent Accounts.
Currently, grouping both systems under a single payment tag is causing operational conflicts for both types of merchants and creating confusion for general buyers. To ensure a balanced, fair, and healthy ecosystem for everyone, our entire merchant community collectively proposes the following update:
Separation of MFS Payment Methods: "Personal" and "Agent"
The Problem: Personal and Agent accounts have completely different on daily transaction limits, cash-flow regulations, and operating mechanisms. However, because both account types are merged under a single unified MFS tag (e.g., "bKash", "Nagad", "Rocket", or "Upay"), buyers cannot distinguish between them on the ad list. This often leads to accidental orders, frequent cancellation requests, customer dissatisfaction, and unnecessary trade disputes, as buyers place orders without realizing the specific account requirements. This structural gap creates operational delays for both Personal and Agent merchants.
Our Proposal: We request Binance to split the primary MFS options into distinct payment methods based on account types: for example,
"bKash Personal" / "bKash Agent"
"Nagad Personal" / "Nagad Agent"
"Rocket Personal" / "Rocket Agent"
"Upay Personal" / "Upay Agent".
This structural clarity will allow buyers to filter and trade according to their exact preference, significantly reducing order cancellations and helping both merchant models operate smoothly within their respective spaces without any conflict.
We believe this change would improve transparency, reduce avoidable disputes and order cancellations, enhance user experience, and support Binance's objective of maintaining a fair, efficient, and compliant P2P marketplace in Bangladesh.

⭐ 1/5 rating
Bangladesh's Binance P2P market lacks a crucial feature: the ability to distinguish between Personal and Agent Mobile Financial Service (MFS) accounts such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Due to the absence of proper filtering options, a significant number of orders are canceled every day because buyers and sellers have different account-type requirements. This results in wasted time, reduced trading efficiency, unnecessary disputes, and a poor user experience for both traders and merchants.
Binance has successfully adapted P2P features to meet the needs of local markets in many countries. However, the Bangladesh P2P market still lacks a basic and highly requested functionality that directly impacts daily trading activities.
We urgently request the implementation of:
• Personal Account Filter
• Agent Account Filter
• Custom Payment Method Tags
• Mandatory Account Type Display Before Order Creation
Addressing this issue would significantly improve transparency, reduce order cancellations, enhance user satisfaction, and create a more efficient trading environment for the entire Bangladesh P2P community.
We hope Binance will prioritize this long-standing issue and provide a solution as soon as possible.

I was very happy customer with BINANCE since 2019
But now i am very disappointed about the service.
The issue was i try to do kyc verification for buying UAE bank to USDT.
As per CS During Kyc i mistakenly placed YES if US tax residence instead of NO.
But as far as i remember i submit everything correctly.
Now my account can not be verified and permenantly banned, i can not resubmit also.
I have been waiting more than 10days to fix but customers service can not help me they just give the hope.
My fund also got freezed i can not convert my fiat currency to crypto and i can not withdraw as well.
Now i Don't have any hope from there.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Binance. I submitted all the required documents for identity verification and fully cooperated with their KYC process. However, my verification was rejected without any clear explanation of what was wrong with my documents.
After contacting customer support and submitting an appeal, I received a message stating that my KYC verification was permanently rejected and that my appeal was closed. They also informed me that no further support would be provided regarding the matter.
I have never knowingly violated any Binance terms or policies, which makes this decision very frustrating. As a customer, I expected more transparency and a fair opportunity to understand and resolve any issues with my verification.
Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will be looking for alternative cryptocurrency exchanges. I hope Binance improves its communication and support process for users facing KYC verification problems

Trustpilot already flagged Binance for guideline breaches. My case proves why.
Avoid Binance. They steal funds and ignore their own agents' admissions. Filing with SEC, FIU-IND, and State Bank of Pakistan next. UPDATE June 7, 2026, 9:30 PM Pakistan Time:
Binance replied to this review 1 hour ago: "solution given". THIS IS A LIE. My $12,000 is STILL LOCKED for 6+ months.
SEC Complaint OFFICIALLY FILED - TCR: 17808-376-908-198.
This public reply proves Binance is committing financial fraud. I am filing with FBI IC3 in next 10 minutes. Binance has 24 hours to release my funds or face US federal prosecution for theft and lying to regulators.

I have been using Binance for the past 5 years and it has been awesome, I trade cryptocurrency and it's the smoothest cryptocurrency exchange in the world, I never for once had any complaint against them, I also traded cryptocurrency for cash in their P2P market and it's always very reliable, it's the best cryptocurrency platform in the world.
