Strong mold smell
The delivery was very fast. But the carpet smells extremly like mold. It's so strong that I opened all Windows and I still get headache.
Update:
Benuta Customer Service contacted me and together we found a solution.

PLEASANTLY SURPRISED
I was dubious about ordering after seeing bad reviews about delivery.
After speaking with the Spanish customer service guys I decided to go ahead. The rug I liked was very large, great for pets and at a great price point.
The customer service contacted me on the delivery day, because I'm in a rural area and thought there would be delivery issues. All went smoothly and I'm pleased with the look and style of my rug.

Good time of delivery, terrible organisation
The product was very quick prepared and send, the problem is that the expedition was not correctly organised. I got the message that I would receive the package on a certain day and finally it was delivered on another day - and without any notice the delivery was not at home, instead was left at a DHL office. This I wanted to avoid above all, I cannot pick up the carpets alone! I am very upset with the delivery, I now have to organise for a taxi to bring the package to me.

The description was misleading, I would describe it as a bath mat, not as a carpet. But perhaps the relatively low price should have told me. Therefore, I am giving three stars, although I will not use it in the bedroom, but in the bathroom.
