Low quality looking carpet
I ordered a pink wavey carpet, that sadly looks like I ordered it on Temu (which is bad especially for the price of around 250Euro). The quality looks way better on the pictures (the hair looks longer and fluffier, the waves smooth and big), but in real life the waves are very wonky and uneven. It came strongly folded and even after trying to remove the folds, they are still quite visible.

Just perfect…
Customer Service was so incredibly helpful! They answered all of my questions. I ordered a rug in orange and yellow and ultimately decided to send it back too late. They sent me a return label. I ordered the same rug in blue and green and it is amazing! The rug is so perfect for my hallway. The rep told me that I could buy two sided carpet tape to fix the rug either to the floor or a under liner and even glue the rugs together. I bought two to make one long rug. Everyone loves my rug when I send them a photo.
