Ordered materials based on being told delivery could be done on the coming Saturday. Didnt arrive until the Tuesday the following week.

Good prices but booked a delivery and paid £20 for it and then received a message to say that delivery would be on the Friday so I organised for workmen to do job on the Saturday, after waiting all day until 5 pm no delivery appeared so I called the yard to ask where my delivery was only to be told they were very busy and it wouldn’t be delivered until the middle of the following week this was no good to me I stated that I needed it Monday at the latest so they said they would make sure it was delivered then and to be fair it was but thing is I had to cancel work men for the Saturday and now job still isn’t done because work needs to be fitted in again through no fault of our own .

The website makes no sense unless you want to buy a complete kit for example you can't really go online and buy a couple of coping stones as there's no drop down box for anything less however after being frustrated with the online route I picked up the phone and spoke to a human who knew exactly what I wanted and I ordered everything over the phone which was brilliant well done to the lad in the Alloa branch who I spoke to 👍👍

delivered a day earlier than i expected and the boards were all good, no damage, great service

Ordered sleepers for back garden. Exactly as expected and good quality. A small delivery charge was included, which I was happy to pay, unfortunately they were delivered slightly later than expected and is reflected in my rating. Overall very happy with purchase and service from Beatsons.
